Just use mobile order, less chances for miscommunication. For example, I wanted to get a drink and sandwich, but I wanted to use my star reward. She said I could use it on the sandwich, but I clearly told her that I would like to use it on the drink as it was more expensive. She ended up using it on the sandwich. Wasn’t a big deal but it shouldn’t happen.

I’ve been to multiple Starbucks and I really like the one at the arden mall location. They make every attempt to ensure the customers are satisfied with their order. They addressed the situation at a timely matter and didn’t argue about it, but apologized. Although there’s a lot of Starbucks here in California this specific location was the only one that comp the food when not done correctly. If you are at arden mall, and you are craving for coffee or food I highly recommend this location. It’s in the mall and you can shop while drinking your favorite coffee. Thank you to the crew at Starbucks in arden mall. One more thing The baristas makes awesome coffee.

This Starbucks is soooooo slow and I don’t understand why! Like the line never moves fast whatsoever and they have no sense of urgency

I like this Starbucks and the staff is nice; however, it takes forever for them to get your order. In the early mornings it seems as though there are never enough baristas working the early shift when it’s the busiest. I’ll come here if I have to. That’s about it.

They appear to be training several new people at the same time. If not then their staff is fairly incompetent. The barista that took my order seemed to not know how to use the register and I noticed that the barista making my drink messed up and remade it.

Everyone is really nice, but there is no urgency at this Starbucks. I come a few times a week and there is a relaxed feel… I don’t mind friendliness but the process from standing in line, ordering, to drink completion is slow. Be friendly and realize people want to get their coffee in a quick manner!

I LOVE this location!!!
I work in the mall so I come here every morning for break. The baristas always make my drink to perfection! I switch up my drinks depending on my mood and how tired I am. My drinks always taste great!
The baristas always give excellent customer service! They always greet and with a smile whenever my coworkers and I come in each morning. We come here so often that they know all of our names. Love that connection they have with us.
Thank you, Rodney, Thien, Ryan, and the rest of baristas at this location for making our coffee breaks amazing each and every morning!!!
FYI, the lines here can get pretty crazy. Especially when it’s close to the time the mall open its doors.

What’s to say about yet another Starbucks location, in my opinion you’re either a fan of Starbucks or you’re not. I myself have to admit that yes, I am a fan. And this location is getting my four stars simply because the staff is consistently fast, friendly and courteous. And its location at the Arden Fair Mall makes it very convenient while shopping.

I love starbucks. Let me first say that I hate spending money but if I am ever in dire need of coffee and I can’t make it myself, I always go to Starbucks!
At this particular location, the line to order can sometimes get long which makes sense because we’re at a mall. The workers are friendly, agile and efficient.
Nothing like a good cup of coffee!

Why is this Starbucks sooooo slow??? 2 cashiers and 3 baristas and still a loooong line? Every time! The Nordstrom E bar in the same mall has 1 cashier and 2 baristas and are still quicker than this Starbucks!

Starbucks is well, Starbucks. I never come to seek a mind-​blowing coffee or experience because the coffee is all very uniform and there is nothing unique about the atmosphere. Starbucks is an over priced cooperation but I keep coming back, why? Well, if you want quick service and an okay tasting coffee, you’ll likely find it here.
While I will agree that there are plenty of better tasting coffee shops here in Sacramento, this place offers a quick solution, no parking required and they are pretty accurate with your order.
The employees here are all very nice, location is nice and the atmosphere always booming, fast paced– just the way I like it.
Much like McDonalds, if you’ve seen one Starbucks, you’ve seen them all. Some have a drive through, some don’t but in the end, it gets the job done.

Why only two and a half stars. This place is amazing in service. The people remember who you are and they make the best awake tea latte ever. All the other locations forget the let the tea steep and I get hot soy milk instead with a hint of tea flavor.
They also now have these giant pigs in a blanket with cheese.

I had such a pleasant experience at this Starbucks a few days ago that I’m genuinely surprised by the extremely low ratings on Unilocal!
The cashier who took my order was so friendly and nice! I would be her friend (: The person who made my drink was friendly as well. I’m actually kind of confused by the other ratings…
There wasn’t really a line either. There were maybe three other customers waiting for their drinks before me, but I was able to order as soon as I walked in. Maybe I just went at the perfect time when they had nice, happy people working and no one else wanted Starbucks? No complaints here!
As always with Starbucks, their prices could use a little adjustment. Way too pricey!

Obviously, a mall Starbucks won’t offer the same furnishings that one expects from the usual Starbucks cafes.
Few, if any, tables are scattered in the store, along with lone, unmatched chairs). But you can still get wifi!
The most redeeming quality of this location is the outdoor sitting area. Comfy chairs with small tables are provided in a cool, shaded area for customers seeking refuge from the noisy mall. It’s very peaceful. I’ve enjoyed a few afternoons in this area while waiting for my Genius Bar appointment!
The staff is attentive and patient enough to deal with the massive crowds that line the store. They try their best to quickly deliver the drinks. The wait takes forever, but that’s what you get for joining the crowd. Yikes!
