My 14-​month old son started at Milestones in September after our nanny left for maternity leave. So far, we have had a good experience. The staff is friendly and caring, especially our son’s primary teacher, Nikkya. The ratio is 1:4, which is standard for kids his age. The teachers will work with you on special needs that your child may have (for example, needs to have his back rubbed to fall asleep, eats a vegetarian diet, etc.). The downsides are the same as with any childcare facility (kids pass around germs, it can be loud at times so sleep may be disturbed, etc.). But overall, this is a good daycare facility with nice staff. There is typically a long wait list so sign up early.

My daughter attended Milestones from the very beginning until she started kindergarten. I was part of the team that interviewed several prospective providers for the center when the original provider left. Milestones and Aimee stood out head and shoulders above the other candidates and I could not have been happier with our selection. To this day, my daughter loves to visit the center and read to the kids as she is now a 6th grader. For several years now, Aimee has hired trained chefs to prepare fresh meals and teach the kids about nutrition. Parents are requesting recipies as kids come home wanting what they had for lunch at school, and it wasn’t frozen chicken nuggets. Milestones will forever be a positive memory for my daughter.
