Panda Express

This location is pretty sparse as it is in the most dead mall in Sacramento, however I was pleasantly surprised by the service I received here. They did not have a lot of options around dinner time, but the manager offered to make me whatever I wanted and was very good about it. I wanted Tofu, but this location does not carry that dish, so she substituted another dish for me instead. When I was leaving, I left behind two spring rolls which did not make it into the bag. I called to let the manager know when I arrived home and realized and she was very apologetic and offered me a complementary meal. I was surprised by the level of service from the manager as most fast food places are hit or miss, but I will definitely head back to this location simply due to the manner that they deal with issues and customer concerns. The service surpasses that of bigger locations with more entrée options.

There was a kid in front of me and I was watching one of the workers helping him out. His togo box was pretty packed. Mine on the other hand, not so much and we ordered the exact same thing.
It’s okay tho I guess considering I was full before I finished… But I should’ve skipped eating here. My fried rice was dry. My orange chicken was dry as well. Chicken and sauce wise. As well as my walnut shrimp. /​:
$ 10 down the drain… I always see it as I could’ve gotten so much more with that elsewhere. –_​–
But I won’t be too harsh. It was still edible.
