Only this location!!! I love Papa Murphys and have been a loyal customer for years. I recently had a disagreement with an employee who overcharged me, not once, but twice. She was so argumentative, that she gave me the owner’s phone number. Idiotic! The owner turned out to be a nice guy, after playing phone tag for a couple days. Subsequently he gave me a $ 2.00 credit for my next pizza. Nice huh? I thought so too, until I went in to order my pizza and the employees were rude and skimped on my pizza. When I complained, the manager tried to tell me they weight their ingredients(which is usually true), however this time, the woman who made my pizza was weighing items in her hand. He then said I could pay for extra toppings(I already paid for an extra premium topping), I thanked him and left the store. Moral of the story, Bad service, rude employees, and idiotic management equals a thumbs down in my book and no more support. On to the next Papa Murphys!

This review is mostly based upon the service I was provided on my one visit. Now for a pizza place that doesn’t bake the pizza there, you wouldn’t imagine that there would be much service needed. They had accidentally given my «call ahead» order to someone else, and sincerely apologized and were able to make my pizzas again in less than three minutes. Then they gave me three dollars off for each family size pizza I had ordered for the inconvenience. They were friendly and courteous the whole time.

You take it, you bake it. It is cheap and easy. What is not to like? It makes you feel like you can cook even when you are just a shameful Rachael Ray reheater… LOL

$ 7.99 for a Mediterranean large thin crust pizza… do I need to say more? Well, I will anyway. I haven’t been a regular at Murphy’s since my college days but sometimes I feel compelled to indulge in my cheap pizza cravings. The only thing I don’t really care for is their sausage. It looks and(probably) tastes like something out of my dog’s canned food. Tonight, I tried the Mediterranean thin crust which has mozzarella cheese, spinach, chicken breast, feta cheese and sun-dried tomatoes. This was excellent and great on the budget. I can’t imagine paying the regular price of $ 12.99 though. Papa is only good when he is cheap(THIS papa… not MY papa). Look for the coupons or get their daily specials. This particular location needs a little help on their customer service but since it’s only on the phone and for a quick ring up I don’t care that much.
