Mountain Mike’s Pizza

Don’t come here thinking your going to get a salad here on weekends because apparently they take the entire salad bar down on the weekends. When asked why there is no answer. A lot of people like myself like to enjoy a salad with their pizza on weekends. Better off going to the mack road location where your choices for salads are there not just weekdays but weekends as well. If salad isn’t a option on «weekends» they need to advertise that so customers are knowledgeable on what they have and they aren’t false advertising.

This place was hella good. Put that shit on my mama. I went last week and the customer service was A1. They got 40% off Tuesday’s and that be my shit. Ever Tuesday from now on I will be at that pizza trap getting a large pepperoni pizza for 12.28.

I will never order from this location again. Waited almost an hour for my pizza that website said I would have in 30 minutes or less. When I called location to confirm they had actually received my order he said yes, that they became busy and I should have it any minute. Just a second after hanging up I get a call from the deliever driver asking for my husband, whose name I didn’t use for order, then let me know he had my pizza and needed my address. Come to find out they decided to use old information on file and not the information that I entered online to deliever and took my pizza to someone else’s house. When I called the manager to complain he said that the two houses were close enough together that my pizza should still be hot and that if once delivery guy gets there I wasn’t happy with it I could call and they would remake it. Really, like I would have you remake me another pizza. I’m lucky that I ever received the first one. Check the infomartion that is being entered.

I’ve ordered delivery from here twice with no problems. My sister tried to order tonight and she and I both received thee WORST customer service EVER. The «shift supervisor» doesn’t know the meaning of great customer service, she didn’t put in the order when my sister called, then had the nerve to call my sister back and ask if we still wanted our order put in? What the hell?! She then told us the delivery would be an hour. No thanks. I’ll take my business elsewhere.

Customer service stars should be in the negatives. I called this place to have them deliver to my house. I asked the girl on the phone if she could check to see if they delivered to my address. She said, okay, but that they only delivered within 5 miles of their store.
I was pretty sure my house was within range, so I gave her my address. She told me that she couldn’t hear me, so I repeated my address to her a second time, louder. Immediately, she told me, «Actually, no, we don’t deliver to this address,» then she hung up on me.
I double checked mapquest and the store was only about 2 – 3 miles from my house. So, I went in person to the store to order my pizza, and to also double check whether or not they delivered to my address.
I asked the delivery guy/​cashier soon after ordering my pizza, and he informed me that they do, in fact, deliver to my address. I told him that the girl on the phone mislead me and told me that they didn’t delivered to my address, but he did not care. He shrugged it off because she, «didn’t tell him anything about it». He didn’t even ask the girl/​talk to her about anything regarding our conversation.
I was extremely pissed off that I had to drive to this location after knowing that they could have delivered, because I had a long day at work and I needed to stay at home.
This girl was RUDE and deserves to be FIRED for lying, ignoring a customer, and being inconsiderate. Good job for hiring someone like that, Mountain Mike’s. You just lost a customer for good. I will make sure everyone I know, knows about her rudeness and how this store does NOT put their customers first.

Veggie Pizza is very Good Place could use a little update old smell inside

We order a large all meat pizza from here on a weeknight. If I’m going to pay $ 22 for a large pizza that taste like cardboard, please remind me to go to little Cesar’s $ 5 pizza. Never again will I order pizza from here nasty, dry and no flavor.

I give you guys 10 STARS & Mega Thumbs up!!! I’m a real estate agent holding a 5 hour open house & … with drive time, being here an hour early & set up, just didn’t have time to grab anything to eat for the afternoon… so sitting here starving with 3 more hours to go! called around and found these guys will deliver (Bradshaw & Gerber)… called and said, starving agent holding open house… told him what I liked, offered a special that sounded perfect (which it is as you can see from pic)…
NOW, what put it over the top for me in customer service, was they thought ahead that I wouldn’t have anything to eat on & included paper plates & extra napkins!!! my tummy is extremely happy, the pizza is perfectly delicious and you guys ROCKED IT in Top Notch customer service! Delivery was quick and perfect temperature! thanks so much from saving me from starving… lol

Have ordered delivery a number of times and have always been very satisfied. Pizza has been cooked right and love the specialty pizzas they really pile on the toppings which is great. They offer lots of great coupons delivery is never late and the drivers are friendly. Can’t think of a reason not to give them a perfect rating!

I normally love mountain mikes pizza, but this location probably just sucks ass. My pizza was BURNT! I’m talking about so burnt my bacon pieces tasted like it was going to turn to ashes. I looked at the bottom & it was black as hell. I called to complain, and the «manager» or person in charge said «well what do you want me to do about it? They’re all cooked at the same temperature so it can’t be burnt» he did offer a discount next time, but there isn’t going to be a next time. I almost wanted to go up there to throw the pizza in his face. NEVER AGAIN! Horrible customer service!

I love the pizzas here but the workers are really unprofessional. I remember I went with my friends and the girl worker had pink pants on!!!

For the price and having east coast pizza, this place is terrible.
One of the pizzas (we didn’t order) has store bought BBQ sauce and they actual advertise it.
The sauce tastes like it’s out of a can.
Dominoes has better pizza and you can get 4 pizzas for the same price of a large here.

I have ordered pizza from here 3 times in 3 weeks. The pizza has been great tasting delivered HOT. ALthough when I ask for EXTRA pepperoni and pay for it I expect to see it not 3 or pieces more only.
ALso ordered Bufflo wings they are delicous but the ranch taste nasty,

Whoever owns this business is responsible for this poor review. I came here with some friends and ordered a large pepperoni and hawaiian pizza. The food was decent and standard for a chain pizza store. Id give it four stars for food.
However, during my visit, there were a couple of outrageous things that I saw. There was an asian worker who was very respectful in his full uniform and working diligently. THEN, there was a middle easterner working in a white t shirt and shorts. I saw him wiping hise nose with his hands while putting a pizza in a box. It was disgusting.
During the same trip, a large number of people came into the lobby to speak with who I assume are the owners since they were not dressed in any kind of uniform. They were speaking loudly and casually and it was clear that it was not business. I thought this was highly unprofessional and was a huge turnoff during my visit.

Where we’re from, we don’t have pizza delivery. We have pizza places, of course. We don’t completely live in outerspace, but no one delivers food in our area — ever.
So, my kids just love the fact that you can stay home and people bring you food!
I tried calling one other place, but they didn’t deliver to this area, so Mountain Mike’s it was. I went online and placed my order. I got an email confirmation of the order from the website. Then shortly thereafter, I got another email from the actual shop saying they got my order. Then I got a phone call confirming it again and telling me that they were out of chicken bites and if they can subsititute. I didn’t care. I told them to give me some mozarella sticks (which I didn’t know was an option because it wasn’t in the online menu).
I can’t tell you how long they took. I wasn’t really timing them. I’d say 30 minutes, maybe 45.
The delivery guy was nice. The pizza was hot, and our order was correct.
All in all — it was a good experience for us.
*PS — my one kid said the pizza was doughy
