I entered the building at 1:45pm. I stood at their designated waiting spot(the green tape on the floor) for ten minutes. Then a young woman yelled from the back«sign in on the clipboard». At 1:55pm, I signed in. I have now been sitting here for an hour waiting to be seen. She continues to holler from the back at people. She seems annoyed at the presence of people here waiting. I have listened to her behave in the most unprofessional manner. She has time and time again discussed the personal matters of the people here to be seen. She talked to one man about his standing order for drug testing. Another person apparently here for a pre-employment screen was spoken to about their urine sample. She actually stood at the counter and LOUDLY explained to a very uncomfortable young woman how to clean her toilet and take a stool sample. I really don’t mind the wait since I am the one that chose not to make an appointment; but I am mortified for each and every person that must endure this girl’s insensitivity. There is another older woman working as well. As loud and insensitive as the first is, this woman is curt and borderline rude. I have never been to any Quest like this one. I go often because of my medical condition. It is safe to say that I will go out of my way to never come back to this one again. Crazy!

I don’t know what has changed here. I have been coming here for years and customer service was great and quick. Lately, the staff is rude, disorganized and very slow. Last time I had an appointment and they still made me wait until everyone that arrived ahead of me was seen. I reminded them I had an appointment and they said I would still have to wait. Why bother with appointments then. Going to look for another location for future blood draws.

I had my blood work done at this location today. The phlebotomist at this location are unorganized and do not listen to their patients. There were several patients here I overheard complaining. I have been to this location many many times in the past and never had a bad experience, until today! It would be amazing if they could straighten up the staff and get it together.

In my short 10 minute stay here, i have watched one woman(alisa?) belittle and shame people who are ESL. I can see her face change soon as they start talking with a thick accent, she gets loud, vocally annoyed and boarderline rude. I can understand the frustration of trying help keep people healthy who can not follow directions and can barely understand what you are saying, but if you can’t handle your job in the healthcare field because of it, work at Target.
