I come to this Quiznos with my friend about twice a month. This last visit, I was really stunned at how stingy they were with the fixings on the sandwich. The girl working there was really sweet, but WAY too light handed with the vegetables. I got the large veggie sandwich(which usually comes with a lot of veggies given that it is way more expensive than other places). I really love the sandwich here, but it was so sparse with everything. She literally put 3 paper-thin sliced cucumbers on a large sandwich and then 2 half pieces of mushroom. I noticed she did it because the deli compartments weren’t stocked, so she was just giving me whatever was left so she didn’t have to go cut/get more. When I specifically asked for more cucumbers when she put them on initially she stalled for a second and then went in the back to cut more. They were out of cheddar and when I said put more mozzarella instead of cheddar, it felt like she put the normal amount of mozzarella and not double. When I got the sandwich I noticed about the lack of mushrooms and the 1 onion. I took it back and very politely said«Hi… sorry, can the mushrooms and onions that come with it». She said«There’s mushrooms on there…» After a somewhat awkward pause, she took it and happily put more on. I can’t at all say she was rude, but I definitely felt cheated on the sandwich and uncomfortable to have to ask for the items it comes with. I mean, seriously? 2 mushroom slices on a large sandwich?

Very disappointed! Clearly says 9pm closing but actually closes at 8pm this was a devastating experience as I was craving a toasty sub a little after 8pm and that delicious toasty sub was not available. You know sometimes you just want simple little things in life to make you happy and that toasted Rosemary bread with little bits of turkey and bacon falling out(Quiznos turkey club) is all you want and you don’t get it, it’s like losing a piece of your soul or a first born child. I go nuts for Quiznos, I can’t help it! It’s my guilty pleasure! I just go nuts for it! Long story short change your hours to reflect the correct time, you guys

This place is convenient as it’s located near my house. I had the Turkey, bacon, and guacamole on Jalapeño bread on my first visit. There was quite a bit of Turkey, lettuce, and guacamole. They didn’t skimp out on the ingredients. The jalapeño bread was fresh but it was more mild than hot. The cashier is polite, always making it a point of saying, «Thank You,» whenever she rings up my order at the register. On my second visit, I had the Turkey, Ranch, and Swiss on Rosemary Parmesan bread. Everything about it was good. There was sufficient amounts of turkey and ranch dressing in my sandwich and the dining atmosphere was casual and laid back.

The sandwiches are very tasty but the guy making my sandwich sucked. Didn’t try to put any veggies on my sandwich and when unwrapping my sandwich the guacamole was all over the outside of the bread. Overall experience was not even near a novice when it comes to sandwich making.

THISPLACEHASTHEWORSTSERVICE. One of the only Quiznos left in Sacramento so have no other choice. After the gym decided to grab a sandwich. Arrived at 11:05am they open at 11 on Sundays or at least that’s what they listed, BUTITWASCLOSED. No one was even in the establishment. Very upsetting.

– I would give this place ZERO stars if I could. Rude service, the employee making my sandwiches was very impatient because I had a large order. Also it’s noon and you’re out of almost everything? Are you kidding me? Wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. –edit: brought the food back to my office and it was AWFUL. Never again.

Torpedo Sub & Soup — It may not be gourmet-greatness, but it’s a great quick lunch! SITREP Just a 10 minute power walk south of my work HQ lies Quiznos. If I’m in a hurry, it’s worth it to grab the sandwich and take it back to work and eat it at my desk. SETUP For $ 4, I can grab a Torpedo Sub Sandwich. Often that is all I grab. They have daily specials and also some decent combos that include a soup and a soda. Sometimes the Broccoli Cheese soup hits the spot as well and I will combine that with a chicken torpedo sandwich combo. THELOWDOWN Basic. Fast. Cheap. Not much more than I expect for a quick lunch.

The kids making the sandwiches were great! The rude lady ringing up the order ruined the thought of me ever coming back to this location. Learn some manners and I’m sure you’ll get more business.

There was a time I loved Quiznos, or at least I thought I did. The Quiznos right by my home closed some years ago. I was saddened because it was where I would pick up my lunch prior to work or grab some soup on a cold dreary day. I remember the wonderfully toasted bread, hearty prime rib sandwiches, and great cheese n broccoli soup. So when the Groupon ad showed up in my email for Quiznos, I had to jump on the bandwagon! I bought one. Today after work I decided to pick up lunch for my husband and I, a Chipotle Prime Rib and Mesquite Chicken. My mouth watered as my expectations soared and then disappointment set in. Not sure what happened, but it wasn’t what I had hoped for or remembered. For $ 6+ for a sandwich, you’d think it would be delicious! But they just weren’t all that and felt like they were comparable to Subway’s.(BTW-I’m just not a fan of Subway, although my husband loves them) Oh well. I must say, however, I’m glad I came with a Groupon because I think I’d be even more disappointed if I had to shell out $ 12+ for okay sandwiches. As for service and employees, they are great!

Finished my run around Land Park and wanted a somewhat healthy option nearby. Closest things were phở, Chinese, McDonald’s, tower café. Rather not. So my bf and i ventured to Quiznos with much hope and anticipation. We got the«pick two for five» deal. I got a cup of chicken noodle soup and an Italian Pita for $ 5. Not bad! There was no one in there so we didn’t have to wait and the workers were nice. Didn’t like the condiment table though. The peppers weren’t good. Shady people came in after us so we were glad we finished and paid!

I have since become a regular since my last review over a year ago. The service varies from the different people working. The usual guy there is good, the only bad service I get is from one girl who seems to always have an evil eye and seems to hate her life. She has made mistakes with my bf’s order. The owner or manager can be friendly at times. The taste of the sandwiches compare to Subway tastes so much better, but aren’t as healthy. My favorite is the roastbeef w/o cheese. It’s simple, yet so flavorful. Prices are decent also.

…I mean, don’t get me wrong, I have never met a sandwich I didn’t like. Truly. Bread, meat, a little mustard and some produce — yum. I always feel bad after I eat Quizno’s though. Nothing light and fresh about them. I think even their veggie sandwich includes bacon. Seriously — what is with the bacon usage in this place? Every single sandwich includes bacon. And cheddar cheese. And fatty honey chipotle barbeque mayo. Lord! Last year, after my boss brought Quizno’s to the office for lunch, I went to their website to see the caloric intake I had just put in my mouth, and SURPRISESURPRISE — they don’t list it! This perturbs me because a lot of people don’t know anything about nutrition, and they would probably think twice about their selections if they knew that what they were about to order was a whole days worth of calories. I would wager that a 6 inch chicken bacon sandwich has like 800 calories. Ouch. Basically, if you want to get really fat and eat mediocre food while doing it, Quizno’s will get you there!
