We ordered over the phone to avoid long waits. He says your court will be ready in about 20mins so we wait until 20 mins is up we come into the restaurant. We stand at the register seems like a ghost town no one then I talk to my friend and say wow looks like nobody’s here! Stand there for about 10mins nothing my phone rings and the guy is behind some type of wall between the cash register and the oven. Then I begin to say hi I called and made an order over the phone we paid he says 5 – 10 mins it’s past 5 – 10 mins and I get up to ask is our food ready yet he says couple more mins. We are still waiting and nothing! I mean wth seriously why the call ahead and still have to wait forever. Hopefully the food is worth the wait.

When it comes to chain pizza restaurants, Round Table is by far my favorite. They just use better ingredients in my opinion. It helps that they also have a more unique marinara sauce too. This location has been here for quite some time. There’s plenty of space for your family and they even have a section that you can use for your party or team celebration. They are generally pretty busy with take-​out or deliveries, so if you do eat in it’s not too crowded most of the time. Unfortunately the arcade games are not turned on or working. They have a salad bar and fountain drink dispenser as well. As locations go for Round Table, it’s not bad.

I have been going here for 15+ years, the service is always good, the order accurate 99% of the time, if not they make it right. I never mind paying for good food & good service, especially when you see one of the owners working there everyday :)

Rude employees, rude management. It’s a chain, so you know what you’ll get, however the general all around bad attitude and poor customer service is why I will go to ANY other pizza restaurant.

Mmmm… Round table. I’m hopelessly addicted to you and your scrumptious pizzas. Crispy crust, flavorful pizza toppings, and OMG-​DROOLWORTHY breadsticks. It’s like having an orgasm… in your mouth. Oh man, it’s so good!
And… I love this location, too. I always come here for their buffets and I was never disappointed. The customer service is so much better than the Elk Grove-​Florin location and the staff seemed to enjoy their job and I never see them slack around. The EGF location has staff always just sitting around, talking to each other and ignoring customers which is frustrating. At least over here, the staff are working, helping and greeting customers like they are supposed to. And I love that.
The buffet pizzas here vary from combination, cheese pizza with black olives, plain cheeses, hawaiian, etc. The pizzas and breadsticks are brought out fresh from the kitchen every few minutes so there is no shortage of yummy, droolworthy pizzas to shove into your mouth. The buffet also comes with Salad, but since I have a small appetite I tend to skip it and just save my stomach for the pizzas instead. You have to pay for the soda separately since it’s not part of the meal, sadly. My total came out as $ 11.06 including the drink. Not bad!
Oh! And if you want to to eat the buffet, then please come early. Their buffets start from 12pm and ends at 2pm. After that, they will refuse the buffet service to anyone who asks for it and you will just have to order off their regular menu instead. So don’t be late!
Man, even after leaving the restaurant after 2 I still can taste the delicious pizza aftertaste. It’s making me crave for their food all over again! I definitely plan on coming back here in the near future when my cravings kick in again. I love you, Round Table. Don’t ever change. ;)

Ordering Round Table Pizza is a treat for my boyfriend and I. We have ordered from this location many times and everything we have ordered is edible and delicious! I love their pan crust, it’s amazing! And in my opinion, they have the BEST breadsticks! I think their prices are a little expensive, so I always look for coupons in the weekly mail! I am glad you can do online ordering, so much easier than calling to place an order!

I’m not surprised, now that I’m looking on Unilocal,by my experience tonight. I’ve ordered in the past and it’s normally fine, but it’s been a while.
Tonight we ordered 2 pizzas, $ 52 worth. Picked them up to avoid the typical cold delivery. Got home and were disappointed to find that the pizza dough was way under-​cooked and tasted raw. I had already dished it out to our group and people all took a bite before realizing it wasn’t cooked enough.
I called immediately and told the girl on the phone what happened. She put me on hold. A guy picked up the phone and asked what happened. I repeated the story to him. He put me on hold. Then finally a different guy answered and so I again explained that the pizza wasn’t edible because it was under cooked.
He offered to give me a discount my next order. I explained again that we couldn’t eat our dinner and that a future discount wouldn’t help me now.
He told me that he could re-​make my order but it would take 40 minutes. Um, no thanks. That still leaves my family and my kids hungry NOW.
I asked if he would refund me for the pizza, and he said he would if I brought back the whole thing. I said I was happy to pack up the pizza, minus the bites that were taken from the pieces that were dished out. He said that wouldn’t work, and that if it wasn’t whole, he wouldn’t refund me. I explained, again, that we’d return all except the raw bites we took which was when we determined the pizza was raw. He said no, that he wouldn’t refund the money then. Really man?
So, hearing my frustration my husband took the phone and said he’d deal with it, and asked for the guys first and last name. The guy said he’d re-​make the order and try to rush it. No thanks dude. We’ll handle it elsewhere… I guess our next call is to Roundtable Corporate.
Long story short, I’ve had time to write this as the pizza is on cookie sheets in my oven trying to get to the point that it’s edible… and my kids are eating raspberries and bananas as they wait for their dinner…
Save yourself the hassle and just pick up a take-​n-​bake across the way… since you’ll have to cook it yourself anyhow.

I keep saying «this is the last time I will ever order from this Round Table» but then in lazy hungry desperation I do. But this IS the last time I will ever order from here.
They get 1 star because the pizza actually came 15 minutes early (in the past it is always late and cold). It was still cold this time. Actually it was not even cooked all the way — the crust was doughy. And there were skimpy toppings.
One time they actually didn’t even put sauce on the pizza, it came late, it was cold, and they wouldn’t give me a refund. They offered me 15% off my next order, enabling me to get their crappy pizza for under 30 bucks.
I actually contacted Round Table corporate about this location and asked if there was a way to have the Round Table on Marconi (which is WAY closer to my house and always has AWESOME pizza) deliver to me. But I am stuck in the Arden location’s delivery area.

Since it’s Friday night and we are staying in, we decided to treat ourselves with some round table! Yum! Not the greatest quality but for what it is and the price, it’s pretty good!
The woman that took my order on the phone was very polite and patient. The ordering process was easy.
When our order arrived, on time, it was hot and delicious.
The delivery man, Sean, was nice and patient as well. He waited for me to take the order inside and check it out and didn’t leave until I told him it was correct.
Very easy ordering and pleasant experience! Will order again!

Long day at work, didn’t want to cook, as earlier.
Maybe it’s the change of weather… But, I ordered from same location time & time again, so my order is usually simple; Chicken and Garlic. (Well, I got Hot wings), not what I asked for and a Pepsi not my wonderful Rootbeer. Simple right?
Location is 1566 Howe Ave & the receipt says Valley Pizza? Hmmmmm …
Well… I got a cold pizza, Wrong wings and Wrong drink!!! I called the location and spoke with Jackie who apologized. She stated to wait Another 45 mins for a new order. AHHHHH, don’t think so, so she offered me a reduction in price next time! I said, that’s not my point… I don’t want to be «comped», I want what I ordered…
Terrible Service. The only thing edible is the salad. :(

Don’t bother. Prices extreme, resturaunt dirty, management a bit curt, beer flat. I came out to treat myself to a pizza. I believe I was over charged for pizza, and beer flat. The response? «It’s a new keg». Undrinkable.

I really do love Round Table Pizza because it brings back fond childhood memories of having birthday parties in their party rooms or picking up take out with my parents.
Lately I have found the superior quality of the Round Table Pizza that I have come to know and love slide a little in recent years. Toppings aren’t as plentiful and quality hasn’t been there. This is my second time at a Round Table location in as many weeks and I have found the same problems both times.
This location was better than the last. I ordered a Personal Regular Crust Olive and Mushroom Pizza for $ 6.00 at lunch for work and headed to pick it up. It was ready 20 minutes later when I got there and so I was in and out in no time. When I got back to work I was slightly disappointed as to the quality of the pizza. Cheese and toppings were great on one half, but were seriously lacking on the other. The crust also was too plentiful around the edges and was slightly over cooked, so a little dry.
I would come back to this Round Table Pizza again because sometimes they have good deals (and I still find myself craving their pizza) but may find myself going elsewhere if said issues above keep continuing.

This is the dirtiest pizza place ever! I was suspicious when I walked in at lunch time and the place was empty. I noticed that the cashier (who also handles food) had chipped nail polish on… last I checked you can’t wear polish in this kind of business. The pin pad at the debit machine was so dirty I didn’t want to touch it. I waited 20 minutes for a small order of boneless wings that came out burned on the edges. I don’t know how they can stay open with this kind of poor quality but they will never see a dollar of mine again. It’s worth the extra $ 3 – 4 to eat at Whole Foods…

I needed the pizza for a specific time (as I was picking it up for my workplace) and ordered online. When I got to the counter (after waiting for the cashier as he struggled to enter a coupon for another customer with no help from the manager) their clock said it was 6:10 when my phone showed it was 6:18, I was told that the pizza was in the oven and it would be 5 more minutes… 10 minutes later I got my pizza. Needless to say I was late taking the pizza to work, my manager was not happy. So word of advice, if you order here order at least 15 minutes earlier than you want it because this place is in its own time zone.
Also some pizza was burned and some was under cooked.

Last honest pizza? Not with Dawn working there…
We’re regulars at this Round Table. One evening, our order was incorrect. We showed the pizzas to the driver, who confirmed it was wrong and called Dawn, his manager. The receipt was correct, proving we ordered correctly, but what arrived was not the crust we requested and paid for. Ok, no biggie…
After Dawn insisted the pizzas were correct (because she made them, so obviously they were blessed by the pizza Gods), I took a picture of the incorrect pizzas for the driver to use as proof. Eventually, Dawn promised 50% off our next order. By this time, our pizzas were cold and I was sick of the discussion. I’m sure the driver wanted to get on his route again as well.
A few weeks later, and we’re in the mood for Round Table and decided to use our coupon/​deal for the incorrect pizzas. We called and spoke with Dawn — who immediately went back on our agreement. Instead of 50% of our entire order, she was offering 50% the pizza that was incorrect. After dealing with her defensive ego once more (it must be difficult being so right all the time and working for a pizzeria), Dawn upheld her side of the deal and gave us 50% an exact duplication of our last order.

So… even when trying to fix their customer service fiasco, they just couldn’t get it right. I wonder if Dawn made those pizzas too?

Horrible experience. Bad pizza and a disgrace to Roundtable Pizza. ‘Last Honest Pizza?’ That doesn’t apply here. Go elsewhere!

I order delivery quite a bit. Several of their delivery drivers are awesome. Their driver tonight was rude. My order was wrong and when he asked if I wanted to to redo it. I thought yes, yes I do. I asked twice specifically when I ordered what I want. I was so mad I called back to tell them the order was incorrect. The manager never apologized, said he told the driver diet Pepsi. He didn’t know why regular Pepsi was provided. Not even I’m sorry for the mix-​up. The pizza was overcooked too. Pretty bad for $ 28 !

For a franchise restaurant, this is NOT GOOD! I should have gotten a clue the moment I stepped inside. Well, one door had a chair there, so I figured they didn’t want you using that door. The place was small and dingy looking.
But i was hungry for some pizza and i always enjoyed the lunch buffet. WHAT lunch buffet? I mean the food is good, but I eventually ordered a personal pizza and salad bar with a drink, but they didn’t have the lunch buffet like most Round Tables do! The guy at the counter was dressed sloppily and had NO personality whatsoever! Come on, folks. I harp on customer service because it’s the service that makes the difference! I should’ve gone to a better location!

I have only come here for the lunch buffet as it is close to my work and we come here a lot. They do a really good job here and keep the pizzas coming out in a timely fashion. I have learned to go around 11:30 or 1 because this location can get very busy during the lunch buffet and lunch hour. There are a lot of businesses around here and this seems to be a hot spot. The staff is friendly and they have flat screens located all around restaurant. They have plenty of booths and tables so even if you are in a group you should be good coming here. They also have a lunch card you get it punched each time and after 11 you get the 12^th free. Ask for one when your there.
