This is the least favorite place to come and get coffee. It takes forever to get anything here.

Came here to get a frap and the lady up front was so rude! She looked like she hated her job, she didnt even bother to say hello or good morning. At least have a smile or something. Anyways i gave 2 stars because the young man made my drink really good.

I’ve been here quite a few times on Saturdays mornings, usually on my way out of town. I didn’t know it was possible for Starbucks employees to move so slowly or appear so unhappy. I hate coming here, but it’s the only one nearby.

I am ALWAYS here either grabbing a snack or picking up a drink of some sort and literally every time they never have non fat milk out on the counter– its always half and half. It is pretty annoying because every other Starbucks has BOTH available for an individual to choose from. There are many people who watch what they consume or calorie count nowadays and to never have it out at this specific location is just weird. Last time I asked for some it took a 5 minute process. Lame-o.

Super slow here! Staff are great, but when you have a line all the way near the food aisles, wouldn’t it be smart to get a second worker to help? I understand if there were no other SB employees, but the other worker was there unloading stuff instead of helping make drinks or helping take orders… Grrrr

I hate Starbucks but sometimes I get it cuz I’m here shopping. I ordered 2 drinks today. They were both made like crap and one was covered on the outside by coffee and syrup. Thanks for the overpriced mess that wasn’t even good. When dear god will Dutch come to Natomas?

Terminal A Ticket-Baggage Section Finally Has A Solid Starbucks Experience SITREP For years, whether debarking from a flight in Terminal A — or coming to meet somebody at this terminal in the pre-TSA area — the Starbucks Kiosk here in the ticket-baggage area was a totally inferior coffee experience when compared to any other Starbucks. THESETUP After Terminal B came«online», there was a «flight»(sorry about the pun) of some businesses from Terminal A going to Terminal B. And this doesn’t say anything about the more diverse quality of food & store options in Terminal B as well. So without a doubt — and in terms of resources, convenience & infrastructure — Terminal A has become a «red-headed step-child» at the airport. YOLOBUSDISPATCH I know, I know, some of you are scratching your heads and asking, «Who gives a sh*t?» But that’s the beauty of Unilocal — it allows us to constructively vent our dissatisfaction about service delivery scenarios as well, when in concert with other products & services. In my situation, the whole Terminal A vs. Terminal B becomes an issue for me because I will often take the Yolobus from Downtown Sacramento [It is only $ 2, but no extra cost to me when one has the monthly Sacramento Regional Pass(SacRT) pass — which beats anything else, cabs, über. lyft, etc.(And which, BTW, do I give KUDOS in this situation to SacRT for PROVIDING the mechanism for the free ride, or to Yolobus for GIVING me the free ride, or to both in separate reviews? Conundrums such as this often keep me awake late at night, as I’m eating Crunchy Cheetos, watching DREDD for the 10th time).] ;) The Yolobus only makes 2 stops on this circuit through the entire airport area: one stop at Terminal A. One stop at Terminal B. And the bus only comes once an hour. I have to get-off the Yolobus at either one in order to than catch one of the airport’s «All Car Rentals» buses that take you to the car rental terminal about a ¾s of a mile away where ALL car rental agencies are with their inventory of care rentals. I LIKETERMINAL A However, when I pick up car rentals from the airport — whether Alamo(personal), Budget(personal) or Enterprise(state job’s designated vendor) — I prefer to come to Terminal A to avoid the clusterf*ck of lines of passengers that I usually see at Terminal B. Also the Starbucks area is JUSTINSIDE the terminal as soon as you go through the front doors. Not so Terminal B where you practically have to walk a half mile just to get to the Starbucks in the pre-TSA area that is 2 floors up. *total headache, waste of precious time* ORIGINALSTARBUCKSKIOSKHEREWASTRULYUNSATSIFACTORY So. That being the case everything above til now if just a lonnnnnng lead-in to say how unsatisfactory it has been to use the Kiosk up til now in Terminal A(even though it is my preferred terminal to catch the bus connection to the car rental terminal): * The kiosk did not have all the Starbucks options that normal brick & mortars — or even stores in other buildings — would have. * Plus they didn’t honor our Starbucks rewards(they wouldn’t let us redeem a free offer there. * And there seating was very very limited to just 2 tables and 4 chairs. [This could be an issue for me if — after dropping off a rental car — I missed my Yolobus connection back downtown and I was *stuck* at the airport for another hour. I would like to at least be able to pull out my tablet and WiFi, but couldn’t if there was no seating available. NEWSTARBUCKSHASMOREOFEVERYTHINGHERE So it’s awesome that the NEW configuration of Starbucks in this section has more of what anyone could want: more space; more variety of drink AND food options; can use your rewards; and But I have to mention that the main drawback that still exists is that the prices for items are more expensive here than they are at other non-airport locations, and I just don’t buy that rational(justified by any local branding for pure greed). So I always deduct a star for ANY business that charges more at an airport(or a festival, or a stadium/arena, etc.) since that is just an excuse) than that business charges at it’s other non-airport locations. THELOWDOWN Finally have a great Starbucks option in the pre-TSA section of Terminal A.

Horrible service! Took over 20 minutes to get a latte with only 4 customers and 3 workers. Saw 5 people walk out due to slowness.

This is my go to Starbucks because it’s walking distance from where I work. Honestly, store owned Starbucks vs. Stand alone Starbucks are not the same. Unfortunately not all Starbucks are created equal. Stand alone Starbucks taste better. Hands down. No comparison. However, store owned Starbucks aren’t bad. Its sufficient to get my coffee fix. It’s not bad enough for me to go out of my way to go to a stand alone Starbucks. This particular Safeway owned Starbucks is clean, staff for the most part are friendly. I love that I can grab lunch here(Safeway soups and bakery are pretty awesome) and go grocery shopping if needed. The wait time is not too bad. Be sure to go prior to 3pm before all the high school and college students are off school and form a ridiculously long line and makes you question whether you should wait in line for so-so coffee.

Really slow this morning. This site normally has two employees in the morning when I come. But today they had three and the service appeared to be slower than usual. The area is clean and staff are professional

OK I searched up Starbucks in the area and was meeting someone from Woodland so this exit was convenient. I was disappointed when I arrived to find out it was in a Safeway but soon got over it since I was early and craving a Mango Iced Tea. I was pleased to find they had a seating area in this store and it wasn’t just a counter crammed into the entryway of the grocery store like some are. I went up to the counter to order and was told they were out of tea!!! What? How can you be out of tea? You are in grocery store for goodness sake! Anyhow it was a completely wasted stop since I had to leave and text my friend to meet me elsewhere since I really wanted a tea. I cannot believe they were out of tea!!!

This location is in Safeway on the left side of the store. I have been going to this location for years every now and then and they are always friendly and fast. Never had an issue and always consistent.

I don’t know if it’s because it’s in Safeway or what but the mood of the workers are just something else. I understand it’s hard when you’re working in a small area and it’s just two people trying to keep the line together, but you work at Starbucks, and customers love you for your service, so peep a smile. I know, because I work for a franchised store, and when it’s rough, I still like to smile to my customers all cheery and help them with whatever. Anywho, I ordered a chocolate croissant and a venti caramel frappucino, xcaramel and no whip, with two added shots. Got my croissant, wishing they had an oven to heat it up. Wahhhh As for my drink, I did not get my two added shots! I looked at the barista dead in the eye and could tell he wasn’t having it and I didn’t know that he totally skipped out on my shots until after I got into my car and took a sip. I did not pay $ 0.80 extra for each shot(almost a $ 10 purchase all together) just to get a sugary drink. And like other people who’ve experienced messed up orders/drinks in their Starbucks experience, I went back. I’ve never had a problem here but I was still nice about it, and told the cashier who rang me up, that my drink didn’t have any shots, and she made me a whole new one as well as giving me leftovers in a tall cup. Hopefully, next time, the barista would ask if he was confused on a drink instead of just winging it.

Mornings are the busiest. It is located inside of Safeway in the front. If there is no line you can have the barista make you up a special drink or customize it for you. The workers usually look bored but are friendly.

Staff is friendly and quick. Location is weird, being that it’s in a grocery store. If you can get past that, you’ll enjoy this Starbucks. Free wifi as can be expected. Chairs and tables are available, but it’s in the path of grocery shoppers. Wouldn’t mind going in for a quick cup, but not to sit down.

This starbucks is extremely convenient inside Safeway. Service is usually fast. Hardly ever a huge line. Not much more to be said about Starbucks. Standard starbucks coffee.

Great place to get coffee. Customer service has been great so far. Always a lot of people hanging outside though. Not a great place to catch up on doing your homework or reading a book.
