I have been to this place well over 10 times in the last 2 months as part of my after gym regiment and the consistency of the food has been great. I love the Teriyaki Chicken sandwich and Oven Toasted Chicken sandwich. The staff are nice, attentive and efficient as it doesn’t take long to get my sandwich made. Only mistake was one of the girl sliced my sandwich in two pieces when i asked her to slice it in three but that’s really minor.

So my sister and I went into this Subway, mind you we’ve come in here several times and only had customer service issues in the past. Well today we had a health and sanitation issue with the soups they are serving. I’ll just walk you through our entire experience: We have the text Subway deal and go in to get 3 six inch subs for $ 10. My sister orders her sub, owner cuts in half as usual and preceded to make her sandwich on the smaller half. That’s fine. Then I order my two subs and I simply ask the young lady working there to cut the foot long in half because one side is going to be turkey, and the other meatball. She failed to understand I wanted two separate subs but that’s fine too. We go to pay and my sister adds a chicken soup. We go to the car and she opens it up for a quick bite and we are both HIT in the face with the most SOUR smelling soup! It was disgusting and smelled like straight cat urine. I can’t believe they would serve something that smelled like this! The look of the soup was cloudy and did not look like soup but rather rotten algae pond water. We will never eat here again. Just go to the one near Rush River shopping center and save yourself the trouble.

I took my grandma out to lunch today and the workers here had been so sweet to both myself and my grandma. We got taken care of quickly despite the lunch rush and the line of people in front of us. The sandwiches were just the way we like them and I will definitely go back again. Thank you for helping me make a great memory with my grandma.

Place is really good. The people working are quick and they produce good sandwiches. I recommend this place to everyone. They are real good.

This place is ratchet! Went today and ordered a spicy Italian footlong. I asked for mayonnaise and mustard, and the guy making my sandwich accidentally put ranch and mustard on my sandwich. No big deal, he’ll just start over right? Wrong! Instead he looks at me and says«I put ranch by mistake, is that ok?» Lol! No, actually it’s not ok! I was polite though and declined the ranch. Instead of tossing the bread(which probably cost $ 0.03 for them) he scraped the ranch off and continued like nothing. The craziest part about the whole thing is that the guy making my sandwich appeared to be the owner! I didn’t want to make a fuss, it was around noon, and the line was very long. I paid my $ 6 for a spicy Italian sandwich with hints of ranch dressing on it. I will not be back tho until the owner learns a little about customer service/satisfaction. Who does that?!

Came here for the 1st time in about 3 years(my husband had a problem with them when he ordered a $ 5 footlong & then they said that what he ordered wasn’t a $ 5 footlong) on my way home just a few block away. I ordered a 6″ sub, my son got a 12″ & bag of chips. I told the older gentleman at the cash register what my sub was & pointed to my sons and showed him the bag of chips. He asked me if I wanted to make them a combo & I said no. I paid with my credit card, left and went home. I thought the amount was high but had just been at my doctors for 3 hours getting a treatment & wanted to get home soon. Subs were ok. Later in the day I looked at the receipt & man, not only have prices gone way, way up but that guy charged me for sodas I didn’t want or get. The subs are now $ 8 for a 12″, plus he charged like $ 1.65 or so for 2 sodas. What BS! I’m never going back there. Even though this Subway is only a few blocks away, I’ll go to the Subway in the Rush River shopping center where we haven’t Benin ripped off!

The workers here are not friendly. Not generous with the veggies. The place is not really that clean and it’s old. It could use a facelift. Kind’a small, but most subways are small. I’m giving it a two star, because it feels like a bummer going here.

I got a sandwich asked for a little bit of mustard and this moron worker girl with a guardians of the galaxy t shirt squirts a massive blop onto my sub and quickly hides her mistake by frantically piling meat on top worst sloppiest sub ever AVOIDTHISLOCATION

You shouldn’t say that you guys close at 9pm if your not going to serve customers at 8:50pm. I walked in with my son who wanted subway and all I wanted was a small kids sandwich. The«open» sign was still lit and it was only 8:50. Walked in and the red headed girl looked up at the clock and said sorry we’re closed, I forgot to lock the door and turn off the sign. Good thing l&l was still open.

They are ok. They can add a pit more with portion size though. I was driving back from the bay area and stopped in fremont area that had a drive through subway. I was shocked at how huge my sandwhich was. The produce doesn’t always look that fresh either.

There’s really nothing too poor to say about the welcomeness of the people who work here. My problem is with their portions and their speed. This is, by far, the stingiest subway I’ve ever been to. I counted exactly six pieces of bell pepper on my sandwich. Asking for extra gets you the normal amount. Eating my sandwich, feels like eating a loaf of bread. Additionally service is generally quite slow. And unless you’re getting a footlong special the prices have gotten crazy! All in all, no bang for your buck.

So my first time in a Subway in YEARS a few days ago was ok. The service was nice and they were quick. I went back in the next day and it was all bad. The girl forgot to toast my sandwich and when I mentioned it she got all pissy, rolls her eyes at me and said, So do you want me to make you a whole new sandwich? In the most pissy voice ever! I was blown away. Everyone else was super sweet but this girl needs to go! I went back in the third time and she saw me come in and walked to the back of the store until I left! WOW what a witch. Yea I stopped going even though its the healthiest thing by my work. Guess Ill start bringing lunch.

Fresh veggies(usually a problem for less kept subways) and good service :)

Reasonable prices for a decent sandwich. I recently found out they had breakfast sandwiches that were not that bad. The flat bread is amazing…

I never had a bad experience at this subway. Everyone is always so nice. I love when they have any footlong for only $ 5! I love the fact that they have flat bread. They make the sandwiches right in front of you and if you want them to add anything extra they do it.

$ 5 foot long! What else can I say! Though of course my favorite is not a $ 5 one, but it’s still a good deal. I wish they were all $ 5! This particular location was clean and the staff was friendly.

I have to agree with the other reviewers — just drive the extra couple of minutes to the Subway on Rush River. The employees always seem angry at the customers for coming in, and the food shows it. Today I asked for a toasted sandwich and the girl was so busy flirting with the tattooed dude in front of me that she forgot to put the cheese on before toasting it. I asked her to melt the cheese and she got irritated, threw the cheese on the toasted bread, threw the whole thing in the toaster again, and then just sort of tore off the burnt parts when the way-overtoasted bread came out. I would have asked for a new sandwich, but I’m gonna be honest: that girl scared me. I really love Subway — but I won’t be going back to this particular one!

I LOVE subway, maybe just not this subway… Everytime, every SINGLE time i go here for my sandwich, they always forget to ask me to TOAST my bread… I always have to remind them, when i do, they wipe off all the toppings so far, slap it in the oven, then smack all those toppings back on… I mean come on, i’ll be okay if you forget once, but 3 times? nuh uh… Not to mention its the same two female employees that constantly forgets… All in all, avoid this subway, drive another 3 minutes down the road, there’s another subway there that can possibly be better. If not, remember, if you want your bread toasted, ASKTHEM !!!

I don’t understand why everyone is angry about this Subway. This is actually one of my favorite Subways. They give you lots of meat, vegetables and etc. Compared to the other Subways, this one is actually quite busy. It is very clean and there are lots of seats(:

I got food poisoning after eating a sandwich here. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID! And the workers here are so rude. If you don’t like your job, just quit! Just go!
