Oh, wow. As a beauty junkie and perfume fiend, I had read about Bond’s fragrances before. They have a unique NYC theme, with fragrances named after neighborhoods of the city, and its annexations, as it were(Sag Harbor, Hamptons, Montauk). The shop was not large but was really fun to look at and to test out the bottles of fragrance: 60 different ones. This is an overwhelming amount, but our salesperson(Gabby, I think) was really sweet and knowledgeable. She knew the different notes of each fragrance and made recommendations for us based on what we like. It was great service as it should be in such a high end shop, but rarely is. The perfumes themselves are really nice: unique, layered, obviously made with quality ingredients. There’s a lot of unisex stuff. They’re a bit pricey for me, around $ 190 for the smaller sizes(which aren’t too small). That means it’s an investment that I’ll probably make eventually, but will have to really think about. My favorite was the Saks fragrance, a gorgeous white floral.
