A great spot to grab a summer bike rental in the Hamptons! They also have organized rides for more serious cyclists. I highly recommend. Can’t wait for next summer…

This place is the WORST! They do not know the first thing about fixing or tuning up bikes. I have spent hundreds of dollars here, only to find out later that they put the brake pads on backwards, messed up the gear shifting, and did not repair the inner tube on one of the bikes.
They took two weeks to «complete the repairs.» As it turned out, my bikes needed more repairs after I had Sag Harbor Cycle Company work on them.
On top of that, they made snide comments about one of my bikes being «cheap.» Don’t go here.

I accompanied a friend to this store. The only salesperson in the store was at the cash register. He was not helpful and we ultimately left the store in frustration. Too bad, We had liked this store in the past and had made purchases here. I guess we met up with a grim sales person who was obviously not into his job.
