Bright, cozy space located in downtown Sag Harbor. I took several group classes here, which utilize the tower apparatus. Individuals taking private sessions worked on reformer and cadillac machines. Classes were challenging and fun. Limited class size (4 people) allowed for plenty of individualized attention. Jaime White is a fantastic instructor, cannot recommend her highly enough — she has a great sense of humor and offered very helpful corrections on form. Docking one star because I dragged myself out of bed early on vacation for an 8am class with Adam that was cancelled, unbeknownst to me. Phone call or email would have been appreciated. That minor oversight aside, this is a great studio and I will definitely return on my next visit to Sag Harbor.
