Starbucks

By far one of the best Starbucks I have been to for multiple reasons. I don’t know what it was like before the remodel, as I didn’t live around this area, but since they re-​opened I have had nothing but stellar experiences on multiple occassions.
For as busy as this Starbucks is… the staff is always friendly & presentable, greets everyone with a smile and a name if a regular (I’m not at that level yet). It is super clean and just has such a positive vibe right when you walk-​in that makes you want to sit down and chat with others around. While I’ve never done as I’m typically in and out, I must say this is one of the more social Starbucks I’ve been to. However, not too noisy to do work or read if that’s what you want to do.
My drinks have always been great… while not difficult Cold Brew, Lattes, Iced Coffees all altered to my liking they have never been made wrong.
Let’s not forget about the drive thru. The line wraps around the building into the parking lots of other businesses, but do not let it intimidate you. This morning my plan was to go order in the drive through, but after I saw the line I opted to park and run inside. By the time I got my drink and exited… maybe 5 – 7 minutes total… the line was non-​existent. They are definitely staffed to handle extremely busy times both inside and at the drive through.
Awesome Job, Starbucks Staff. Keep it up because I’ll surely keep returning if this is the service all the time.

I’ll start this review off by saying I’m not a Starbucks fan boy. What makes this place exceptional is the quality of their custom service. Every time I’ve been here they are kind and seem to have genuine smiles, which is rare for any customer service person today.

I stop here almost every day on my way to class and although the drive thru line can be crazy long, they get everyone through in less than five minutes. I’ve not once had a bad experience here, the baristas are always so cheerful and sweet and I’ll definitely be coming back to my favorite Starbucks location!

Always on point and such nice staff. They seem so curtious and are happy, even when I order my coffee at 6AM! Try their breakfast too, delicious.

This is my relaxing spot. Employees seem always nice and coffee is fresh. I always have my iPad with me and use their internet.
Sometimes they don’t do good job in cleaning the tables, that’s all.

This is a great location. The drinks are consistently good here and the customer service is great too. They usually have several pastries left even into the later afternoon hours. I will usually go out of my way to come to this location.

Love Starbucks! The line in the drive thru can get crazy but they seem to get it going pretty fast. I’ve always had a pleasant experience there and staff is great!

When it comes to choosing Starbucks, it can be a gamble on how my morning will start. There is one thing that is guaranteed when I go to Starbucks and that is I will go to this location! There has never been a more consistent group of Starbucks Baristas like the ones here. Kaitlyn (sp) and Jason have always been super friendly and will remember a name, a face, and a drink from the start!
If you want a quick cup of coffee, go to any Starbucks. If you want a neighborly feel to your Starbucks experience, go to this location!

You meet the most interesting people here.
Not a quite place to work on your stuff and drink your cup of Joe.
Staff is okay but are hecka wired! Enough coffee people. hahahaa

This Starbucks has wonderfully friendly people. In fact, one of the employee’s pastimes is to make sure she calls every one who has been there more than twice by their first name. Makes you feel special. The store is always clean and they speed the drinks to you. If you get in the Saginaw area, stop by and say hi!

Lost.
I don’t like that feeling. You’re constantly looking around, trying to read faded street signs, staring at your printed Google Maps, backtracking, doubting.
If you find yourself in need of something familiar as you go through a town which has these huge silos that boasts of «the lightest crispy flour», you’d be thanking your lucky stars when you spot this Starbucks, because there is nothing like an ice cold Americano with two pumps of classic plus a splash of half-​and-​half, clean bathrooms AND free wi-​fi.
Stop by to gather your bearings before you head out on the road and hopefully, not get lost again.
