Great Wall Buffet

I have been going to the Great Wall Buffet ever since I was a little girl. Our family rarely eats out, but when we do, we choose to come here! My parents always say that the quality of the food used to be a lot better, but the one thing that has always stayed consistent, is the variety they have. Their are so many choices when it comes to food here. I know they haven’t been doing as well since new management came in, but I really don’t think it’s all that bad. You get what you pay for, and I have never had a «bad» experience here.
I especially love the egg drop soup, the mussels, and the broccoli here!

It is better to be starved than having food at this place. No absolute service and whenever we need something like Coke or water we need to turn to them and request them. Food didn’t taste any good and some of items looked like they are cooked some days back… will never dare to go such a place

Loved it! Very good, very clean. I couldnt find anything wrong with any of the food. Nice selection and tasty. Only problen noted was waitress who wiped her nose with her hand; not hygienic! But will return. Price was right! Just 4.99 for lunch.

Went Aug 30, 2014 around 6:30pm. The food was good and there was a nice selection. There weren’t many people there which was nice — partially due to the holiday weekend perhaps. If you want a place that is less crowed than China Star, check this place out. The prices are also more reasonable.

My wife and I ate here Sunday April 1, 2012 and the total bill came to $ 20.74. We left a $ 3.00 tip on the table for the waitress even though she never cleaned off any of our used plates while we ate. The place is now called Great Fortune Buffet.
I paid the owner by credit card and wrote $ 20.74 on the slip under TOTAL. I circled that amount twice and as I was doing this the waitress came by and thanked us.
The following day I checked my credit card account on-​line and noticed the total was $ 28.74. The owner added $ 8.00 after we left. I called the St Cloud police and reported it. Wednesday, I went back and confronted the manager that added the $ 8.00. He opened the cash register right away and gave me the money back. He was embarrassed he’d been caught. I told him that was fraud and that the police now have a record of it.

I don’t know if it was the time I went there or what but the food was not very good. Dont even think about thier sushi, it is terrrrrrible. The noodles are good and they do have more «american» options. Examples are mashed potatoes, fries, chicken and all that fried stuff. The plus I guess is that they have a student discount ($ 1 off) They also have crappy ice-​cream.
