Fast, friendly service and the food is great!
I had the bbq baked potato (2 types of bbq meat inside the baked potato) with bbq baked beans and garlic bread, smothered in sour cream and butter in the side. Needless to say, I cleaned my plate and will be returning.

I’m not a food critic by any means. So, take it for what it’s worth… a review. I travel a lot, and this place had been recommended on several different trips to St. Louis.
The slogan for this establishment is «smell that smoke.» I got none of that. I ordered that «smoked» sausage that taste like it had been heated in the microwave. I had to pour BBQ sauce into the baked beans to give them any flavor. All around poor quality and service.

My colleague and I were in St Charles for business and were looking for a non fast food option for lunch before heading home. We ended up here and were very happy with our choice. We tried the pulled pork, beef brisket, and chicken. All had very good flavor. The wide variety of sauces to choose from was also a plus. The sides were also good and we had more than enough food. Service was also excellent as our order was taken promptly and our drinks were refilled as needed. We will definitely come back the next time we are in the area.

Was staying near the airport, and needed some food. I am usually a bit leery about the crap food that are around airport hotels, but this was close, and BBQ. I was very surprised at the quality. Minimal beer selection, but the BBQ is great. I had the brisket, and it had great smoke flavor, lots of sauce choices if that is your thing. Anytime I am out by STL for a night, I’ll make this a standard spot.
