While working at the Uncorked Festival this past weekend, essentially all of my co-​workers visited this truck on lunch break. And luckily, they even shared! I got to try some of their loaded fries and absolutely loved them! The fries alone were great — perfectly cooked and seasoned. Then they were loaded with brisket (?), cheese and some spicy sauce. Perfect amount of toppings and flavor in each bite!
The fish and chicken tacos seemed to be very popular and I know the truck had sold out of almost everything by the end of the afternoon! Get there early and pig out!

Their food truck was in the downtown area and I ordered the Lunch Special for $ 8 and was surprised that they collected Tax. I was so accustomed with the other food trucks prices are the prices one pays. Regardless, the food was good especially their cheese covered fries (actually I shouldn’t be eating the fries but I figured it was my cheat day) Food was good. Seems to be very popular since the lines were long for customers making their orders.

I ordered 3 tacos, adobo chicken, steak, and another chicken taco. The adobo chicken tasted like it had been marinated for days– full of flavor, tender, juicy. The steak taco was a little bland. The other chicken taco was delicious, just not as amazing as the adobo. They did not skimp on the meat — all 3 were stuffed full, and 3 small tacos was enough to keep me full after lunch.
