McDonald’s

Worst location I’ve been to by far. They take forever to answer you in the drive-​thru and they sound pissed or bored as Hell when talking. The buns are usually hard on the edges and they have repeatedly screwed up orders. Plain burgers covered in slop and the classic «ice cream machine is broken» remark. Most of these people need to get a kick in the butt and learn how to work and be nice in the service industry.
They’re slow, rude and accuracy is horrible.
I will never go here again.

Mold on my burritos from the McDonald’s that they own across the street. (That should be all I have to say.)
However, I call the store AND their franchise office and try to speak to one of the ACTUAL owners and only hear from their secretary who is being, in my opinion, a total prude saying that she has called ID and knows with whom she is speaking already and that she won’t forward be along to the appropriate person to whom I am requesting.
This place is never getting my support, and I suggest the same for everyone else. Do NOT support the St. Louis City McDonald’s (P&P Resturant chain) until they undergo MAJOR changes.

Gotta love having two drive through lanes and sitting unattended at the second lane while three cars go ahead of you and the getting told to «wait a minute» before you can order. What do you expect from McDonalds though?

Worst mc Donald’s I have ever been to, wish I could give negative stars. Waited for 35 minutes to get my breakfast burritos. While I was there, four people requested to see the manager and get their money back because of the wait and the rude attitude of the woman at the register. She also claimed to be the manager. My has brown was ice cold as well. Have not found a mc Donald’s in south city that has had good service yet. Just going to stop going all together.

The little white woman who works this McDonalds in the morning is a real jerk. I went in there in the morning to get a cup of coffee and instead of using their cups all I wanted to do was get a refill. A guy behind the counter advised that was fine then this woman walks up Yanks the cup out of hand gives it back to me and says we don’t refill cups. Instead of offering to give me a regular cup of coffee she just turned her back and walked away. I spoke to the manager later that day and he was very nice and offered a very sincere apology however that woman still works there and she was never disciplined for her conduct towards towards me. I guess you get what you pay for in McDonalds wonders why nobody is going to the restaurants any longer, they hire people who are low paid low skilled and educated workers who treat customers like they don’t matter.

It’s ok to come here on a weekday, but don’t come on a weekend. My visit today… placed my order for here, but my food came in a bag, so I had to ask for a tray. The ketchup in the lobby dispenser was orange. I asked for packets at the counter. My Big Mac was great, but the fries were a little over done and the bottom of my filet o fish bun was hard (stale). Restaurant is clean though. I stop by here on my way to work on weekdays and it’s good for breakfast, but they definitely need to do a little better in other areas. –Former McDonald’s employee

This is a nice location. They are fast, the food is always fresh. I really like how they have the drinks. The McCafe is just great. I’m a fan of the McNuggets and love the Fries, when it comes to fast food, Mcdonalds is winning with those. Love the cookies, there so delicious and warm. Really enjoyed the new Frozen Strawberry Lemonade.

This is the worst McDonald’s in the city. The service is terrible and the food is worse. The drive thru seems to take double the amount of time and they still don’t get your order right. I’ve never received hot fries from this place. Do yourself a favor and eat somewhere else.

This location has such fantastic customer service. Happy, smiling and truly helpful employees. The food is good like most mickey ds. Its just refreshing to be treated nicely and makes me want to eat there :-)
