Hard to say why but I have always liked McDonald’s I don’t go often but usually once a month when I am in a hurry. Usually just do a cheeseburger or double cheeseburger. Prices are among the best out of fast food choices and like I said I tend to like the flavor.

If I could give zeros stars I would. This has to be the worst McDonald’s I have ever been to, ever. Seriously this location should just be shut down… and while their sign says 24hrs, don’t even bother coming over-night, 9 times out of 10 there won’t be anyone there at the drive thru, or the person is so rude you’ll just want to leave. This is the worst customer service, and the grossest food of any location I’ve ever been to. Do yourself a favor and just go to the Burger King up the street on Hampton.

The problem with this location is the customer service SUCKS! I went through drive tho and order a #2 w/light onions and a fry with no salt. I get my food home and the burgers are COLD patties where COLD the Cheese was literately sitting on top of the COLD meat. Was I to inconvence myself and go back when it was super lateI clld to complain and no one ans. So I deceided to call the very next day and they told me that i needed to return the food in order for them to replace it. WHAT!!! hold on to food n bring it back. How unsanitary! Will they recook it. Just unheard of. DONOTWAISTURTIMEEATINGATTHISPLACE. If they mess up your food and it midnite you better keep it and take it back in order for them to replace it. GROSS!

This McDonald’s has the worst service ever. This is by far the worst McDonald’s. It took so long for me to get my food and the workers were arguing with each other. This McDonald’s is very unsanitary. The second drive thru monitor doesn’t work and they don’t put up a sign or anything. Last time I was waiting there for about 5 minutes waiting for someone to take my order but I ended up leaving.

This is hands down the worst McDonald’s on the face of the earth. They always jack up my order. The food generally looks like someone placed the box on the floor and played basketball with the ingredients. The food is always cold, too. The staff is rude and you can tell that the employees couldn’t care less… Including the management. The double drive-thru was an awful idea for this location. They couldn’t even handle it when there was only one. Every time I get to the window, they ask me to repeat my order. And they still manage to get it wrong. I always have to check they bag, then ask for the items I am missing. Just an terrible experience all around. Today sealed the deal… I will NEVER be back. I pray that this location closes down. I would take anything in its place. ANYTHING!

I realize fast food is fast food. McDonalds is consistent & you know what you are getting in advance. My complaint lies in the 24 Hour claim. I go at ugly hours of the morning… Usually 3ish. On 3 occasions I have been denied food. 1. Credit cards not accepted. Cash only while they ran their tills. 2. No one answered the drive thru. I Googled and called. I was told they would be open after 4:00am 3. No one answered the drive thru again. I called and was told they were closed due to short staff. I eventually told a manager on a daytime visit. She said they knew & would fix. I have yet to try them again. Fast food is a killer anyway… They might be doing me a favor. Suggestion. If a customer complains to you about multiple bad experiences. Buy his drink, buy his burger, buy his meal. Look him in the eye and apologize then invite him to try you again.

Unacceptable service, tired of having to explain to manager how their employees should be doing their jobs. McDonald’s is not what it used to be. Missed food or inaccurate menu item during my last 3 visits. close to where I live so I always keep giving them chances, but honestly not worth the time or effort anymore.

Cashier messed up my order after going trough it three times(2 sausage egg and cheese mcgriddles and a sausage Mcmuffin). Then waited 36 minutes for my friends order of two Sandwiches. I don’t know if they just gave up on it but according to the manager«that order was an hour ago» to which I passively aggressively write, that’s the problem. My hangover was gone by the time I left. I downloaded Unilocal just to bash this terrible McDonald’s, because first world problems.

Have gone here several times in the past years have small children so therefore they like to go to McDonalds the service in the past is always been good never really had any complaints and the food was decent never had any other complaints about that but the last time that I went there the whole atmosphere and changed honestly it seems like the staff is completely taken a wrong turn been downgraded most of the people were nice in the past but today they have these young blacks working there who seem to hate white people when I got my food it appeared that they’re not even taking the time to wrap it up they threw it at me then even coming have a nice day but the other blacks that were there that were being served by this girl were treated with the utmost respect I will never go back

This is the worst McDonald’s I have ever seen and it is sad because it is right by my house. They always mess up drive through orders. I tried them again today after more than 6 months and the same lady was working the window and yes they messed up my order. Unbelievable! Onetime they told me to pull around and wait for my order. While waiting I cleaned out my car at their garbage can, inadvertently throwing away the receipt. They came out and told me they were out of what I ordered did I want to substitute. When I said no just a refund they wanted the receipt which I just threw away and they would not refund the money. The girl told me she needed proof I purchased it. Really, you just asked me if I wanted to substitute… The one on Hampton between 44 and 60 is awesome but hard to get in and out of during rush hour.

If you’re looking for the worst possible place to eat at, look no further! This McDonalds is wonderfully equipped with a staff that will treat you as though you’re a worthless pest. You can see their strong passion and commitment to their job as you hear them say things like«I’m sick of this sh*t, I’m just ready to go home» … But that’s not all! This place just gets better and better! Their drive thru is so slow it will make you look forward to going to the DMV! The food is put together with craftsmanship and skill that could only be compared to those of a toddler playing with a jar of paint. Speaking of toddlers, if you have kids they will love sitting in the high-chairs in this restaurant as they will love playing with the sticky trays which I doubt have ever been cleaned since I every time I come here they are covered in food residue. Their most iconic employee perhaps is this wonderful girl who is often seen working as the cashier. You can be sure she is not prejudiced because she treats everyone the same. Whether you’re a senior citizen, a teenager, an adult, or a little girl, you can count on her to treat you like absolute garbage! So if you’re ever forced to choose between eating at this wonderful McDonalds or eating a bowl of sand, make sure you choose a nice bowl for your sand… Hope this helps others avoid the abysmal mistake I have made by coming here so many times before…

I’ve lived close to this McDonalds for ten years. I have an 8 year old so I’ve been there my fair share of times. It has consistently gone down hill. Staff is rude. Management doesn’t care. Food quality has gone down the tubes. Ice cream machine never«works». This McDonalds location just plain sucks. It’s an ownership and management problem. They should close it down and put up a restaurant that actually enjoys serving the general public. Goodbye McDonalds. Lots of choices out there and I choose to never eat here ever again!

This is the worst mcdonalds I have been to. The employees are slower than slow with no desire to be faster at all. No sense of urgency from the employees including the manager there. While waiting for our food we saw two orders get messed up and have to go back up to the counter to get their order fixed. We saw a lady get completely skipped over 4 times. She finally asked where her order was because the numbers called were after hers. We had told The cashier we wanted it to go and they put it for here and when we said no we asked for it to go she have us attitude threw it in he bag and tossed it to us. After reading some of these other reviews my experience is not uncommon It’s sad too because I haven’t had mcdonalds in over a year — it’s no surprise why

I may be dating myself with this, but what the hell. How many of you remember the song, «McDonald’s is my kind of place,(clap, clap) It’s such a happy place» Will let me tell, you the reason they stopped using that song is because of the customer service at this location. Not only are the cashiers and staff rude, but so are the managers. I guess they lead by example. What makes this sad is the fact that for a McDonald’s the food is better then most. I live in between two McDonald’s both on Hampton and this one has the better Egg McMuffins and Sausage Biscuits when we have the morning craving. I have also, stopped by when the Cheeseburger craving hits too. I hate to admit it, I put up with the poor attitude, to get the better food. I never use their drive-thru, it is to slow. I have always found it faster if I park and go inside. When I am exiting with my food, most of the cars in line have made little or no progress at all. The ambiance is more upscale then those with attached Playlands, and as previously stated the food is better then other McDonald’s. If they could improve the attitude of the entire staff, believe it or not this would be a 4 star McDonald’s.
