Pizza Hut

I called to order the new cheese stuffed garlic knot pizza from an ad I received that day. I talked to Alicia who answered the phone. I had to repeat my phone # 4 times until she finally heard it right. I had to repeat my order 5 times until she had to get a manager to figure out what I was ordering. Because the pizza I was ordering was new, she was unaware it existed. Staff should be aware of new promotions especially when there are TV commercials and ads mailed out. I successfully placed my order and the pizza was ready for pickup in 25 minutes. Seemed like a looooong wait for 1 pizza. Picked up the pizza from Alicia– very rude in person. Not sure if she is new or is overwhelmed by being the only person to answer the phone and ring up customers at the same time. She handed me my pizza and walked away without making eye contact. I checked the pizza before leaving, and it was what I ordered (I was surprised).
0 stars for Alicia. 2 stars for the generic, but tasty pizza.

Reviews do make a difference. After reading them I decided to call Imo’s instead. Who needs to deal with poor customer service just to get a pizza.

I live really close and work from home, walked in one day just to try something different than my usual microwave lunch. Stood there for AN ETERNITY, really about 5 minutes, saw nor heard anyone. Called out, no answer, so I left.
One other time I went to pick up pizzas for a party, someone was working, yay! Took about an hour and a half for 2 pizzas. The kid working the counter was being pretty much how you would expect a 17 year old working at a crappy Pizza Hut would act.

Didn’t trust the reviews so I called them anyway. I’ve never waited a hour and a half for pizza, until now.

The few times I’ve ordered from this Pizza Hut the employees were very rude. I’ve never experienced such poor customer service. It usually takes them an hour to deliver a pizza. Domino’s and Imo’s are never longer than a half an hour. Not a fan of this Pizza Hut!

My wife used to work at Pizza Hut as a teenager, so we wanted to support our local Pizza Hut in STL. Three strikes and you’re out as they say around here. Daniel has consistently given me terrible service and a huge attitude each time we called. Picking up, as we usually do, allows me to give him another chance. Though the food is pretty much what you would expect from a franchise, the customer service is absolutely terrible. I would suggest online ordering and doing delivery, or just trying something else. The previous time I arrived to pick up our pizza he was making ‘gang’ signs from the front counter to one of the drivers outside in the parking lot and acted as though it was supposed to be entertaining when I walked inside. He is quite, umm, un-​gang-​like in appearance and really just looked like the idiot he has shown me he can be. Onesto is a lot better and pretty close by.

Ugh don’t waste your time and money here. I ordered a pan pizza from them a week ago, because I used to love the crisp buttery crust that Pizza Huts pan pizzas had. This was just plain greasy, not buttery. Later in the night I got diarrhea and my wife threw up. No thanks.
