I’d been having issues with a Galaxy S5 so I thought since I was right next door I would see if I could have it repaired. This is not a Sprint Corporate store it is a franchisee location (these are popping up all over St. Louis and other major cities at a feverish rate).
Keep that in mind when you come to this location.
So if you need major service or huge plan changes — head back to the Clayton location. To avoid «leasing/​renting» my next phone I will be purchasing off contract and these locations are great for that (they won’t do it at a Corporate owned store). I learned that last fact from a helpful Associate named Anthony. I felt bad about just walking out when they said they didn’t do repairs, so I bought a new cellphone case. I’ve got my priorities together people — it is totally okay to have a stylish phone that won’t hold a charge.
