KT Sealcoating was exceptional! Got appointment only one week out, texted them morning of and they texted back with arrival time and were here on the dot! And, did a great job!

Do not use this company.
I set up a time with them but they wanted me to pay first on line to confirm the appointment which I wanted to pay after the job. They came three hours after and said it would take 1 hour to do about 800 sq ft drive way. The job took 2 hours to complete due to their equipment not working right. Their edger dint work so he had to edge with a shovel which didn’t really give a clean edge. The crack repair material looked like it was taking longer for him to melt so he could pour the material into the joints and now the joint are already cracking a day later and multiple areas of the drive way you can see cracking in the seal coat and also missed spots.
I left three voice messages and also an email to the company and have not heard back from them in two days. Advice use a different company

Worst customer service ever!!! I purchased an Amazon Local certificate and sent an email to the email given on the cert requesting an appointment. No response so I went their website to sign up and was given their first available date over a month out. I requested 10am that day but the confirmation came back to me for 12noon which was fine. I accepted and arranged my schedule accordingly. The day before scheduled appointment I received an email reminder for 12noon. That day came and went and they no showed. I called them 4 times that day and left messages. No call back. Two days later they still hadn’t called me so I called them. The woman that answered was nasty and condescending. She berated me for not calling to make the appointment after I received my email confirmation. She made no sense. I kept asking why I would call if I had a confirmation. She kept talking over me saying everyone knows they can’t come at any specific time. It is anytime between 10am and 6pm. Nowhere on the website or the confirmation or the reminder does it say that. I asked how would I know that and she kept repeating that «everyone knows that» and if I «would have called that day I would have been told that». I repeated that I called 4 times. She kept saying they were too busy to talk to me that day. Unbelievable! She wouldn’t tell me why they no showed and finally hung up on me.
