It’s a nice quiet place with lots of room to shop. I am currently taking a poo in their bathroom on the second floor. Not a bad place, it’s peaceful and very relaxing. Not one person came in as I was doing my business. The toilet paper is slightly rough, but hey, I got over it.

I posted a complaint on Sears’ Facebook page regarding the fact that I’m having to wait weeks(weeks!) to get my dryer repaired under a service contract. Sears took the posting down immediately. Guess they don’t want to hear about it if they’re delaying(to the point where a customer will pay out of pocket and forget the service contract?) service repairs. Needless to say, I haven’t receive a telephone call from Sears responding to my complaint.(sent them a letter too)

I buy appliances from Sears. I usually know exactly what I want when I get to the store. The sales people are required to offer extended warranties, etc, but when they realize that I’ve already picked out a model number and don’t want the extras, they back off and take my order cheerfully. Prices are good, specials are clearly explained, delivery and setup were as promised. I deduct a star each for incompetent repair phone personnel(located God-knows-where) and a stove I bought that needed repairs twice in three years.
