The Bison Butler

Three of us stopped in for lunch today at Mears Park and we all ended up getting the lunch special: Burger or sandwich, fries, and a bottle of water for $ 10.00. Great deal!
I got a cheddar cheese burger, my companions got a California burger and a mushroom and swiss burger. We all loved every bite. The burgers were excellent! Usually when I eat a bison burger I really notice the lack of fat in the meat, and that was not the case here. It was juicy and delicious.
The fries were not stand out, and I would have preferred a little more salt, but they were good and I ate every bite. So happy they do fries with their burgers instead of chips. I love that they have a little table with ketchup, mustard and BBQ sauce for their customers. Maybe they could add a salt shaker by the condiments? That would kick the fry experience up a notch.
One of my companions timed their service and from ordering to having hot food in our hands took 7 minutes! That is amazing! We tried a different food truck last time we were at the park and waited 45 minutes for our food and it wasn’t very good. So I love that they have their system down and know how to crank out that good food!
