Your review helps others learn about great local businesses. Nice friendly people. Stayed 4 nights, only ate breakfast 2 days and 1 was cold and not enough food for all guests. We where there to see our son graduate from Fort Leonardwood so we where suppose to get a military discount and it did not happen. They lied on pricing, prices go up daily instead of going down for staying longer. Our friends stayed at the Baymount and got better accominations for 10.00 a night less. Would not recommend unless you have it in writing first. Overall a very clean and friendly place. We will not stay again. Please don’t review this business if you received a freebie for writing this review, or if you’re connected in any way to the owner or employees.

The staff was really friendly. It’s not a hotel I would choose to stay in but because the one I wanted to stay in did not allow dogs I had no choice but to choose this hotel! Room was very much outdated like 1960s outdated, needed some much need revamping and new décor. Lobby is also outdated. I believe the whole hotel is very outdated. It’s pretty pricey for an outdated hotel. Breakfast bar was good, lots of options. Other than night my one night stay there was great! Room was great besides being outdated. Front desk staff is awesome! If you’re looking for just a ONE night stay I definitely recommend it.

Absolutely disgusting. Curly black hair and mildew(I think it was mildew) all over shower curtain. Just so unnecessary! Also, watered down waffle mix, expired yogurt, burned sausage gravy, and bad coffee is the«free breakfast». Get what you pay for? Well, made reservations for two nights but only needed one night. Told them at check in and was told bc reservation made through Expedia told couldn’t refund for second night. Expedia said no problem and called the hotel on our behalf to ask them to waive the«no changing reservations after checking in». Really?! So Expedia tried to intervene without success because the manager(who is the only one who can waive the policy) doesn’t come in until 4. So, since we didn’t trust the outcome, we kept the room for a few hours over. Stay at the Fairfield Inn down the street!

From the time of our arrival, tenure, and to the time of our departure, My family and I experienced a great feeling and satisfaction. We sure made the right decision by choosing this lodge. The staff irradiated a friendly and warm disposition and a remarkable professionalism at all times. I highly recommend Quality Inn whether you are visiting St. Robert for business purposes or for an Army Graduation of a loved one. HORRIBLEPLACETOSTAY!!! Go anywhere else, the owners are awful, housekeeping can be overheard fighting/arguing, the rates were changed mid-way during my stay and the owner refused to adjust it back to the original rate I booked at! Found dead bugs in the room to boot! NEVERAGAIN!

I had the pleasure of staying here last month as I had business in St. Robert. What a wonderful place! From the front desk staff to the housekeepers everyone was great! I would definitely stay there again! The rooms were nice and clean as well as the entire hotel! Kathy Kritikos
