I received some of the worst customer service I have ever had. A phone was purchased for me as a gift at Best Buy. I was told Verizon could activate it regardless. I was greeted by a young lady who quickly informed me she had never encountered this situation before and didn’t know what to do. She then explained that I had to go to a Best Buy rather than offering to call, which would have been a great move. While she tersely explains that there is nothing she can do, she is munching on a clementine. I get people need to eat, but come on pop in the back if you’re that hungry. I asked if she could put the screen protector on the phone at least, as I am awful at that. And without cleaning her hands from eating she just puts it on. «There is a small bubble that you just need to work out,» was her explanation for the lame application. Just bad, dude. Try to pretend you care since you are on the clock.
