Small branch. But you get the good customer service feel of a local credit union or bank. Hours are great for a bank. They also deal with business accounts but there can be a wait because they do not have a lot of account managers on hand. There are usually enough tellers and almost never a wait. Never tried the drive thru. It most be popular during the winter!
