I do not recommen AmeriSpec for doing home inspections. They where here less than an hour or so. Said they crawled under the house and they one went a few feet. And i had to call AmeriSpec back out Paided an additional charges to have him recheck what was fixed. And they still didn’t notice a few things. I expected they would do a thorough inspection but I guess not. How can a company miss a hugh plumbing leak that was obviously there and Electrical disconnect that was obviously there prior to the inspection. That tells me they only crawled so far. Now that we are moved in things that should have been noticed during there inspection are coming up. Hugh plumbing issue and Electrical problem. I will never use or recommend then to anyone.
