I had a very poor experience in dealing with and negotiating with Perry of A1 balloons after he quoted me a price that we both agreed to and then he (2 weeks) later tried to increase the amount saying that he made a mistake on the quote for decorating my event. I tried to negotiate with him, offering to pay a little more if he would take a little less than the 2^nd quote he gave me. Hi response was to cancel me on his calendar.
In my dealings with him he showed very poor communication skills both by phone & email.
I suggest you find another balloon decorator.
