Papa Murphy’s

Where do I start this is usually one of my favorite places to get take n bake pizza from but I now know that Scott is no longer owner which I understand why I am not pleased with the taste or the toppings, and I would always get family size pepperoni for $ 8 for years and I was charged $ 13 I am so disappointed that the new owners decided to make these changes. no longer will we be getting pizza from here :(

Usually the pizza here is good. But this time I don’t know. Skimpy toppings and hardly no cheese. I know the servings are measured but they must have reduced the servings. Where are the toppings for a combination? Does this look like a combination?

Had one of the Artisan Delites and it was great! Above my expectations, plus the fact my husband called in the order before they opened and they took the order anyway and made sure it was ready. Have always had friendly service here!

Been here plenty of times. Beyond friendly staff, good pizza. However, this passed Saturday night, I called in an order for 2 large pizzas, showed up 15 – 20 minutes later at approximately 8:51 pm and as I walked up to the door an employee named Adriana locked it in my face! Literally after watching me walk up! She then, turned her back and walked away ignoring me standing there. I kept waving my hands like «Hello, its not 9pm yet and those two pizzas sitting there are mine. I just called them in!» But she kept ignoring me! Another employee walked to the door, unlocked it and let me in. Neither of them said one word to me. No apology, nothing. Not only was that rude, but they knew they were in the wrong for closing the doors before 9PM! So unethical and RUDE! I will never come here again! Side note: I run my own business, my employees would be FIRED if they ever did this to anyone!

This Is the friendliest PM ever! I am a huge fan of the pizza here and my kids love the little murph pizzas! The staff is always more then accommodating and the owner has existent customer services skills. He has obviously coached his team well and they are all very obviously loving what they do because 100% of the time I see them smiling. The service here far surpasses the experience at the south main location. S. Main is a lot more convenient but to be honest I feel bad for the employees so I will not support that location any longer. It is heart breaking to see the way they are treated by the owner. So I will drive out of my way to Boranda. I have yet to regret the drive.

The pizza here is usually decent but the pie I got tonight was terrible. The crust never rose, it was burned on the edges and doughy in the middle. It was cooked exactly according to the directions and I have made dozens of these. There was definitely something wrong with the crust. Terrible pizza. I will not be back for a very long time.

Cannot believe in this day & age that if a customer goes to the trouble to download a coupon — because they did not print it & the employees are instructed not to accept it. Not even thinking about the environment or the customer. Bad form Papa Murphy’s — we have plenty of disposable income, but enjoy using coupons. We, however, will not be disposing that aforementioned income at PM. So many forward thinking companies are going digital & embracing technology — apparently Papa Murphy’s managerial trust hasn’t quite figured out how to include that protocol. I’m sure the pizza will be acceptable, as the young men making it appeared capable & friendly enough. I’m sad that their owner restricts the use of digital coupons. Stingy old men strike again!

The pizza is always made fast and correct. The staff is very friendly. The store is clean. What more can you ask for.

This is a really quick and cheap way to eat pizza. The pizza tasted darn good for cooking in a oven. Loved it. They have some really good coupons so look for them .
The store is very clean and they sell cookie dough! OMG! Had to say no to that. Enjoy
