If I could put no stars I would their ice coffees are inconsistent for example sometimes they are too sweet, other times not sweet at all, or sometimes just downright disgusting. Horrible staff as well, as much as you don’t like your job your supposed to make it look like you do. Burger King is better than this joke of a food chain.

Ever since they added the two lane drive through the service is intolerable. Food is what it is, but the wait is maddening.

Poor attention to detail. Got my daughter’s order wrong by adding everything she did not want in a plain double cheeseburger. Customer service lacked. Got the next customer’s order wrong as well. No apologies given. Employees don’t look to happy.

The drive-​thru here takes a year and 90% of the time they get my order wrong never come here worst McDonald’s in Salinas the only reason I even made a Unilocal account was to write this review.

their cheeseburgers are extremely soft and round and I would recommend them to anyone who likes soft and round things ! personally if a food is soft and round it checks out as a good food to me

I have been to McDonalds here in Salinas Ca, one on N. Main, one in the Northridge mall, and the other in Walmart on boranda and every time my experience is horrible, when i order my meals i always ask for no cheese do to being lactose intolerant, don’t want to sit in the drive thru to look for my meal then open it and check if there’s cheese, so I drive away get home open my meal and there is cheese, fries are cold and plain, I even bought a order of the new chicken tenders and they weren’t all the way cooked, (pink and cold). The club House burger is amazing but if you have the time to check if they made your order right or not. Customer service is horrible especially in Walmart. Forgot to mention the 15 min wait in the night shift drive thru.

So slow! Everytime ive been there ive waited in line from 10 – 20 minutes. Its really ridiculous. Granted its 11:30pm when i usually swing by but that shouldnt matter! Ill just go to north main from now on. Id get my food AND get home faster verses going here.

Bad Service. Took 12 mins for a small order. I was the only one inside ordering and the rest were orders from drive-​through maybe like three cars. To top it off they had six employees working. Since I got there at 10:10 it seem like they were more preoccupied and preparing to close since they were cleaning and restocking. Poor customer service.

If I was Oprah, all McDonalds would find a 5-​Stars rating under their metaphorical seats.

Ehh… That’s all i have to say, terrible.

WORST McDonald’s ever. Family and I just tried ordering and they told us to hold on and instead cleaned up their kitchen. We then drove up to the Drive Through Window and all the ladies ignored us. Someone should definitely close them down now. Obviously since they don’t want to serve anyone.

I’m sure this is the one on Boronda/​Natividad by Fiesta Foods. They don’t deserve ONE STAR. SERVICE IS HORRIBLE on top of that they don’t seem to know classic McDonald’s recipes.
My Brother-​in-​law and I went on a McDonald’s run and the order wasn’t that complicated.

FIRST OFF when we checked our meal they forgot to give us our McChicken which resulted in us having to go back luckily we didn’t leave the parking lot. Then when we got home we realized that the burgers were made VERY SLOPPY [yeah I know its a fast food place, but even fast food places have standards] then on top of that they messed up the burgers. The Double Quarter Pounder was supposed to have lettuce and the Big Mac didn’t have the MIDDLE PIECE OF BREAD. ITS A BIG MAC one of their most popular sandwiches you can’t tell me that you ran out of the bread to make a BIG MAC. AND they shorted us by giving a MEDIUM FRY instead of the LARGE fry we asked for. AND they added ICE to our drinks when we asked them not too. I READ the screen to make sure our order was right, maybe they should too.
I twitted about it and I also know other friends who have gotten they’re orders mixed up even when their ordering from inside the restaurant.
DON’T COME HERE. SERIOUSLY YOU GO TO MCDONALDS for consistency and this place is HORRIBLE.
A BIG MAC WITH NO MIDDLE PIECE OF BREAD ISN’T A BIG MAC.
