Bravo! Frozen Yogurt

Very disappointed, 1^st time there, very very grouchy employee, she offered us nothing but negative comments, very bossy and unfriendly, we ate outside. We will go into Salinas, Seaside or Monterey to MYO or Pinkberry. $ 10 a lot more expensive and a very limited selection
also. I love friendly customer service not a young lady making us uncomfortable

Two of their smallest cups of yogurt was over $ 18.00! Topping selection was ok, though the strawberries were not very fresh (pretty lame for California)… and to top it off, she tried to skimp on the punch card stamps. Ice cream for me from now on!

Just a great place for a hot afternoon, but you don’t have to have warm days to enjoy it. Your imagination is required for a great snack.

I didn’t actually have any yogurt here, but I have to give them 5 stars for their kindness and compassion. I’m 8 months pregnant and was driving through the area when I had one of those «I have to pee NOW» moments. I pulled into the shopping center and the only two places open were the yogurt shop and 7 – 11. I noticed the yogurt shop had a «Sorry, no restroom» sign, so I hurried into 7 – 11. Long story short, 7 – 11’s disgusting bathroom had no toilet paper and the lady there made it clear she had no intention of getting some for me.
In tears, I went back to the yogurt shop hoping that they’d be kinder. Lucky for me, the girl took one look at me and let me use the (spotlessly clean) restroom, no questions asked. She was so kind and I felt terrible that I asked her to break the rules and that I had no money on me to buy some of the delicious-​looking yogurt. I will definitely stop in next time and buy yogurt to repay their kindness. Gotta love a shop that treats people decently and has compassion.

Awesome place. It’s a gem in this town. I tried Pomergranite, Cappuchino, Vanilla, Chocalate. They were ALL GOOD! Anyone in town should go here. The toppings are also fun and interesting. All fresh fruit for toppings too! Service was very friendly and there’s good vibe inside was relaxed so we stayed to finish our treats. Will be def back!

Friendly staff, clean place, great service. Took the kids today for a special afternoon treat. They love Bravo! Always a nice balanced variety of choices on the frozen yogurt — from fruity to chocolate there is always a flavor for you. The toppings are cool too, anything from fresh fruit to boba to cookies, candies, chocolates and sauces. All for about $.50 an ounce. Very good deal, load it up! And don’t forget to toss in a tip just because you used your debit card, you know there is a buck or two in your wallet. If you can’t afford to tip, you can’t afford to eat out!

Really cute business with tasty frozen yogurt and a friendly staff. The boba were a little funky, but still tasty.

The staff is very friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Plus they are one of the coolest and most uniquely decorated frozen yogurt shops that I have ever been to. Compared to Myo they have a fairly limited self-​serve frozen yogurt selection, but they also have coffee and smoothies to make up for their limited selection. Their service here far surpasses any other frozen yogurt place in the area. I believe when we visited they had 4 smoothie flavors and their frozen yogurt options were vanilla, chocolate, sugar free blueberry, root bee float, and pomegranate berry. They have a good amount of toppings to choose from as well. They shop is very clean, welcoming, and an excellent place to grab some yogurt to either dine in or take out!

I came in on a warm day after getting my hike on at Toro Park, just across the way. Of course, I had to see what Unilocal had to say about this new business. The first tip said to «Ask for Josh, the flavor specialist. He usually works evenings!» I was a little worried, as I had come in around 2, not quite the evening, but lo and behold, Josh was there! This dude knows his stuff! He helped me find exactly what I was looking for.
The place is also very clean, everyone else there is friendly, and the music being played is good too. Do NOT miss out on this great new place!

This was our second time here. The staff was very friendly. The shop is clean and very inviting.
We tried a lot of different flavors and all were great. Lots of toppings to add to your frozen yogurt.
This place is locally owned so you need to support them.
