Kohl’s

Trying to find a 70″ elastic table cloth but no luck. Did however, find a great tablecloth and Renata was nice to open her checkstand and get me in and it quickly. Great sales this weekend.

Horrible Customer Service, worst experience ever.
Ordered $ 300 worth of merchandise online and got $ 40 Kohls cash to use. Tried to use online but would not work. Went to the store and tried to use. Waited in line for 20 minutes and then at cashier station for another 20. She called a manager at least 10 times and no one came to register to help. Eventually we we told to go to customer service to wait in another 20+ person line. Returned the next day to customer service and talked to another employee and manager and were told we had to call customer service to resolve the issue. Why the in-​store employees and managers wee so unhelpful is completely beyond me. Incompetence all the way around with this company! Canceling my Kohls Charge and I will NEVER shop at Kohls again. This is the worst customer service I have ever had! Very upset and disappointed.

I came a few days ago in the morning and I was impressed.
Right now, I was standing in line for about 10mins without any progress so I left my items and walked out.
Decent sized store.
Selection is hit or miss.
I like the silk lined tanks and Levi 535’s and LC jewelry only.

Lost interest in buying jeans when i saw their bullshit messy jean racks. Love the kohls, but not this location.

Although this store has the feel of a mini macys, it’s a good thing! My first visit was on a Sunday evening before the first day of school and I’m sure the store could have been in a better condition, it was a pleasant experience. Good selection, great prices, I will be returning also, enjoy free WiFi!

A clean Kohls is the place to go. Unless it is the holiday season, this kohl’s is usually clean and well staffed. Always make sure to check the clearance rack first as you might find a good deal. A wide selection of low to mid range clothes and items, a good place to drop in when you need something to wear. Avoid on holidays.

On November 11^th I entered this store at 9am in the morning and the store looked like a hurricane hit it. Every department looked absolutley trashed and the store had only been open an hour. My husband and I sifted through the attrocious mess and got a few things despite the condition of the store and made our way to the checkout. When we got to the checkout I decided to ask the associate why the store is always in such atrocious shape and that the store had barely just openned. Her response was as follows «I know the store is a mess and its mostly because yesterday was a huge sale day and we arent like JCPennys where they have a crew that cleans the store at the end of the day we just don’t have the staff to clean the store. I Iooked around and saw at least three associates standing around and one was pulling more clothes off a cart and folding it on a table to add it to a disaster area of a clothing rack. Somehow her explanation jut seemed a bit,.like an excuse to not have to take any responsibility for the stores apppearance. I emailed some attrocious pictures of just the mens clothing and a letter of my dissapointment with the store and have yet to hear anything from their corporate office. My next step? Consumer section of the Herald so they can let people know how much large corporations care nothing about the customer just the BOTTOM DOLLAR. I have worked retail myself in the past and would never want my store to look this way on a regular basis. BE warned it appears Kohls really càres nothing about loyal customers I literally have spent thousands of dollars at Kohls plus I hace a kohls card which I pay alot of interest on. I am severely dissapointed…

Kohls you can always get great deals. However be careful when leaving things on hold.
On two occasions I have put things on hold. When I return the next day to pay for the items. The store employers cant find what I put on hold. Or they only find some of the items. I have a suspicion that some of the employees are going through items that are on hold and taking them for themselves. Especially those items that are markdown or on clearance.
So consumers beware when putting things on hold at the kohls in Salinas. They will take advantage of all the time you took to find great deals.

The Store is clean, well priced and the workers are nice! I love coming here to pick up clothes for a good price. I’ve been on the weekends and never have this place been too busy that you can’t stand it, like other Kohl’s I’ve been to. Next time you need some new underwear, check this place out.

Unfortunately, the last few times I’ve been in this store I have been less than impressed with their selection or prices. While it appears the choices for women’s clothing is much larger, the men’s department is rather limited. I recently went looking for dress shoes & polo shirts. There was one (ONE!) option for actual dress shoe, along with 3 – 4 «fancy casual» styles trying to pass themselves off as dress shoes. As for polos, while the selection was more abundant then the shoes, prices were about double what I could find at competitors for equal quality goods.
I’ve bought slacks & dress shirts here before, and have been happy with those purchases. But that was a while ago & I’m not sure if the store quality is going down hill or if the store is still good for those.

This is a nice looking Kohl’s store. It is fair cleaner than any location I’ve seen in the Chicago suburbs.
Selection was good and I had no issues with checking out. It was quick and easy. The prices are alright and even better if you have a Kohl’s Card since they always send you coupons to encourage you to buy, buy, buy.

Employees here are helpful and it’s always neat and organized.

One of my favorite department stores to shop they have something for everyone. prices are a bit high but they always have coupons and special sales if you their credit card.
