Panda Express

This place is good I really love their food, their staff is always friendly and helpful when trying new items, and their food has always tasted great, I have never been disappointed, and you always seem to get a large quantity… cant finish it all in one sitting

I eat panda a lot but this is by far the worst I’ve had. The walnut shrimp was soggy and had no walnuts. Mandarin sauce was all watered down and the fried rice was off!

False advertising on hours. Went at 1010 pm and it’s closed. Unilocal has it listed as it. closes at 1030p. Super disappointed :(

Surprised by how flavorless everything that I ordered was. Not sure what’s going on but it just didn’t taste like Chinese, or even like what I had last time I visited a Panda Express.

I would give 0 stars if I could. First thing when walking in, there are no clean tables to sit at and it remained that way throughout my whole meal. I ordered chow mein and orange chicken but since there were no potstickers, I was told I would have to wait 8 minutes for them to cook and I was okay with that because I love potstickers!
I went back to the counter to ask for soy and chili sauce and the woman working, Monica, made it seem like I was asking too much of her and had poor customer service skills.
After waiting for about 15 minutes I asked if the potstickers were ready and then finally got them. I opened the box and they were so burnt on one side it was completely charred and black. So I went back to the counter and once again Monica was rude and responded to me with irritation. She did not apologize for the potstickers, all she said was, «Well you can wait another 8 minutes (15 min) or order something else.»
I ordered some more potstickers, expecting them not to be burnt a second time. After 8 minutes I went to the counter again to see if they were ready, so she went and checked and there weren’t any even being cooked! At least she refunded my money for the potstickers, but there should have been no mistakes in the first place. It wasn’t even busy this night!
This was my second bad experience at this place. So I ended up leaving mad that I didn’t get any potstickers and less than satisfied with the service. Don’t get me wrong, I love Panda, but I do not recommend this location at all!

I have tried panda express several times trying to figure out what is so special about it and every time I leave dissapointed, so I went today got half rice and half chowmein, then I go an pick my sides and all I see is chicken, chicken, chicken, it was chicken everything. And everything in some kind of sweet sauce. I was looking for something spicy. I also tried some if their eggrolls, those were bad too, I think they are the same ones as Sakura Buffet. Jack in the box eggrolls taste way better and its a burger place. Service was great that’s why the two stars instead of one.

This is my favorite Panda Express in Salinas. The mall one is crazy and the one on Constitution has employees that aren’t as friendly.
I can really eat pretty healthy here — all veggies for side and then some of the lower calorie choices for entrees. There’s just something about Panda that my family loves. Also I love the passion tea and keep in mind — the mall location does not serve the passion tea.
I also got panda catering one time when I needed something for a meeting. That was a good experience. They were on it and I liked that they included serving tongs with the order.

Food was correct temperature and fresh. Service was good.

OK, I’m over the lack of Kobari. Truth is, the food is fresh and the staff is friendly so there you go. back to 3 stars.
