Very bad Service, Took long in the Drive-​Thru plus they gave me an incomplete meal. One of the worse mc donalds ive been in. Very disappointed.

I came to this location bc I figured it wouldn’t be so busy as the other ones in salinas. I ordered a happy meal for my daughter .When I paid for my order At the first window I was amazed with how quick they gave it to me right after paying! I didn’t even have to pick it up at the second window. I thought to myself, wow! I’m definitely going to be going to this location more often. Wrong!!! When I got home I realized they gave me COLd leftover food!!! Now it makes sense why the order was ready super fast!!! How sad. You expect me to serve that to my kid?!? Sorry but i would much have rather gone to any other mcdonalds in salinas and wait in line and receive HOT fresh food than to have cold food that’s probably been sitting there for hours. How dare you employees serve cold food especially if you know it’s for a kid!!! Lazy people. If I could give NEgative stars, I would! But this thing won’t let me post without putting a star.

Terrible products and people. While waiting in line the guy wiping off the tables pushed me out of the way. No excuse me or apology or anything. Luckily my boss was there or I would have torn into that little shit. Haven’t been here in years and won’t be back. McDonalds as an idea has failed.

McDonald’s is always gonna cheap fast food, no anti-​corporate sentiment here (yes, I stole this from Mike L.). They always seem to get my order right, its close to work and normally there isn’t any long lines.
