Slow lousy service, employees move like snails. I’ve sat at the drive thru window and looked inside and you can watch the kitchen staff — there is no sense of urgency. I guess they are upset they have to actually work instead of just getting a free handout here in the US. Food is okay but service has gone steadily downhill.
I’ve met the owners and they don’t care either — just want to make money. The same family owns about a dozen of these in the areas. They owned one other casual dining restaurant form a different chain and put it out of business. They really don’t have any business acumen and that should be a rule. Go down the street to the burger chains and any of their help is better. I will state that the gal at the window when I was last there was very sweet — she is the only one who seemed to care.

I just stopped here and this is the worst Taco Bell I have ever been to the service is horrible the people were extremely rude the soda was over carbonated I could not find one place that was clean for me to sit down the bathroom was ridiculous I advise anyone that reads this to never come here.

Love there crunchy tacos! There drive-​thur can be a little tricky if you have a large Vehicle. Don’t come at 12 or 3 it’s a cross from Salinas High School.
Favorite on the menu:
Crunchy tacos, soft tacos, Mexican pizzas Chalupa’s, pinto n cheese, nachos, Churros
Very cheap for lots food compared to McDonalds

WORST TACO BELL ! Customer service is so horrible… manager is not at all concerned with people waiting 20 minutes +! What a joke! Waited 31 minutes for my order of 2 loaded potatoe grillers no bacon and 1 drink. Should have gone elsewhere.

What a dump! I used to eat here regularly. After standing around for 6 – 10 minutes waiting for someone to take my order and barely being acknowledged by the staff, I decided that I would much rather eat elsewhere. Management here seems to be a real joke, everyone looked sloppy and there was trash all over the floor in the food prep area.

SOUTH MAIN Taco Bell aka not so fast food, when you have customers waiting in your lobby for 25 minutes for their food. In the first 10 minutes I waited, only 2 customers received their food, while 10 cars went by in the drive-​thru. I went up to the counter (after the gal next to me said she’d been waiting 20 minutes already) and asked them to kindly start serving some of the 8 – 10 customers that were standing there, only two of whom came in after me. Miraculously, 3 other employees appeared! When I finally got my food, my order was wrong. No miss I argued, I clearly said a side of black beans no cheese, not a black bean burrito. After another couple minutes of waiting for them to correct their mistake, they asked me for the burrito back. WTF!!! i think the least you could’ve done after making me wait 20 plus inutes for a soft taco with a side a bean was to let me keep the darn burrito.
BOO ON YOU SOUTH MAIN TACO BELL!!! BOO ON YOU!!!
