This place is THE SLOWEST FAST FOOD JOINT I’ve every experienced! The drive through takes as much as 15 minutes, even when you’re the only car in line! My kid loves their Starburst Freeze, but the machine is always down so he’s always disappointed.
The owners here need to get more involved and find much better management.

Consistently ‘out of beef’ late at night. Avoid this TB at all costs.
I really can’t understand how a place focused around tacos and beef can run out of it. Either poor management or laziness.

They are always understaffed here. Although I like Taco Bell, I feel that the wait time is outrageous. They need more workers. I never use the drive thru because it is counterintuitive, they lag. So consider a 20 – 30 wait on slow days.

Fucking place is the worst 30 mnts in drive thru get to the wondow and they say they ran out of hard taco shells and that it will take 30 more mnts to be ready unless i opt for the soft taco enstead i say go ahead, still waited other 10 fucking mnts to the girl come out and give me nachos! I said what is this? She answers: you wanted soft tacos, i said: exactly! And you are giving me nachos! Back she goes and take 15 mnts til i am fucking pissed and start pushing the horn on my car to fucking hurry up it is then she comes out and hand them over, ridiculous service, placed ran by a bunch of kids no idea where is the management there next time ill just go to subway or burger king there! Fuck that place!!!

I ate here today around 8:33pm and it was the best service I’ve experienced from a Taco Bell here in town and not only that the place was clean. Also the food was set to the right temperature. By the way the crew member by the name of Chris was very helpful and I will be returning to this Taco Bell more often. Keep up the good work.

I don’t know if they don’t cook the food ahead of the dinner rush or they are just slow. We go here because it is close & every time 25 minutes to get our food & usually the sodas aren’t working !!! What is wrong with this restaurant? They don’t even apologize. The other Taco Bell on main st is super quick. Hoping the owner will see this. & investigate !

I recently moved near this location and being a poor college student, unfortunately I’ve been frequenting this Taco Bell more than I would care to admit. Yet despite the consistently long line in the drive thru and long wait, the staff is always so polite and friendly. They have great attitudes even under the most extreme circumstances. And that should be commended. So keep up the good work… just maybe pick up the pace a bit haha

REMEDIAL EMPLOYEES/​MANAGERS, AVOID
My order has been wrong 4⁄5 times I’ve been here. CHECK YOUR ORDER BEFORE YOU LEAVE. The cashiers can’t seem to hand you your food, and take another order at the same time. Complete chaos, even when the lines are short.
I’ve been back twice to complain and the managers gave me the same shtick. I get the impression no one cares, shut this place down. Immediately
