Honey Berry

I love Honey Berry. Its a really nice place for dessert you have to try it! Roti buns are Amazing, The tiramisu is also Delicious and only $ 2.95 Its the best place ever!!! Super frendly staff always greet me right when i walk in.

tasty boba drink with good fruit slushie feeling to it, aka «feels healthier than ordinarily» :P and they had all sorts of gelato/​ice cream sort of substance in there that i will try next time i stop by that area. it IS all the way on the northern east tip of salinas though :/​but me and my boyfriend turned it into a little salinas tour drive as we took sanborn all the way down to the other side of salinas. :)

Every time I come here I am greeted by the wonderful workers, and they really make me feel welcomed.

Good variety of desserts, but not a lot of yogurt flavors to choose from. the music played is not very appropriate for kids, so beware.

The roti buns are always really good at this place, but this might be the last time I will grab boba from this Honey Berry location.
I ordered a jasmin milk tea with pearls, and it did not taste like jasmin milk tea at all. The jasmin is suppose to taste a bit like flowers, (weird way of explaining the flavor, but it’s the best explanation I can give) but it tasted more like corn syrup. I’ve had so many jasmin milk teas at different boba cafes, but this Honey Berry location made the jasmin milk tea way off from what I’ve been use to. The pearls were well made though.
I’ve had Honey Berry drinks in the city a couple of times, and the drinks there never disappoint me. I wouldn’t recommend this location to grab some boba.

I went to Honeyberry once at a different location before I came to this one. I didn’t like the drink I ordered at that one and I came to this one since my friends and I were passing by this city and we wanted milk tea.
I ordered a mango green tea. I do not recommend it at all. It seems like I am drinking syrup and sugar. It was overly sweet with no tea flavor and it was so difficult to finish my drink.

I got the honeydew and it was delicious! The coconut is kinda plain, the coffee one tastes more like chocolate and the mango drink with bubba has a weird taste

Amazing and diverse menu at very affordable prices. Informative staff, quick service and good environment. The pricing is almost too low for the quality! Very worth it!

The young crew members were j professional, texting and even chit chatting while behind the counters. The countertops were not consistently cleaned up so it was very sticky

The place is a bit hidden but it’s worth it. The customer service was really good, it has improved since the last time that I was here, greatly. Everything looks great. There’s good selection and affordable.

Very friendly staff. The roti buns are great straight out of the oven, my favorite is the cream cheese. They have a variety of shave ice flavors. Try them all!

I so want to give this shop more stars but 3 stars is even pushing it.
When I first entered the aroma of the roti buns being baked was just heavenly… I didn’t even think I was in Salinas.
As we ordered the guy was not helpful in explaining the rotiburger to my friend. Cause quite frankly I was not confused myself. And then he even messed up the order by adding something in the order that was strictly said not to be put in… Good thing my friend was not allergic to it. My friend said there was just too many things going on with the flavors that he couldn’t enjoy it… I wasn’t privileged to take a bite. So I’ll take his word for it…
The roti buns were absolutely wonderful. Thank goodness. I had the plain ones. Sometimes simplicity is the best. It was just like the ones in the city.
My taro with pearls was alright. The taro was definitely powder based at the end I can taste/​feel the granules and the pearls was a bit over cooked to my liking.
Would I come again… Just for the buns hun…

Their roti buns are amazing! Love the plain ones, but the cream cheese ones are also good!
I had their thai teas and it’s probably the best ones with pearls available in salinas. I haven’t had their other drinks, but I’m pretty sure they are ok.
I ordered the green tea honey brick toast? I think that’s the name, it was good, but you could tell the green tea ice cream was a little Icy? If that’s even a phrase. It didn’t seem creamy, but I wasn’t sure if it was from lack of proper refrigeration or just the ice cream texture.
Anyways all in all it was pretty good and probably the best place to get boba in salinas. But I would still rather drive to SJ and get boba there.

Great customer service very friendly, will definitely be back. My first time having one of those boba teas and i really liked it not too sweet i had the taro and will order again.

Love coming here for the Boba Thai and the Roti bun. the girls who work there are awesome and get my order ready quick ^_​^ the only thing that’s keep it from having 5 stars is the price but hey you get what you pay for and also its not clean a lot of the time the floors have stains that might come off with a little elbow grease lol
But hands down I will continue to come and get my Boba and will eventually try the other flavors ^_^

This place is beyond clean pleasant atmosphere. Everything is great definitely out does myo yogurt land cold stone and Baskin Robins moderate prices but well worth it

I’m so glad honey berry in Salinas is doing so well! I’ve finally found my favorite drink there, though it is a tough choice between many good options. I always opt for a large Green milk tea with half ice (that way you get more yummy drink), my 2^nd option is always the honeydew. The taro tea is also very good — a good balance of taro flavor vs being too sugary like some places make it.
The last time I went there, I saw they have new iced tea flavors — more fruit infused that sound perfect for a hot day, like a watermelon iced tea with boba. I have yet to try them, but it’s been definitely on my mind to go for the last week!

Lets be frank here the fact that Salinas has an Asian dessert place is worth major points in my book, however, that would only get it 2 stars. I gave this place 5 stars because:
Nice & Clean
Great Service (came to help us right away)
Food taste the same as San Jose location major +
Same menu as other Honey Berry (have seen some chain locations pull some shady stuff)
Frozen Yogurt — Taro
Open till 10 and take credit cards.
Advice:
Gelato is more like a sticky thick ice cream (good but might not be what your looking for. All Honey Berry’s have this issue)
Roti light crispy on the outside, and soft on the inside really love those not to sugary pastries.
Affogato 3.50 = 1 espresso and gelato 4.50 = 2 espresso and gelato

Service is great. Place is clean. I ordered taro milk tea and it tasted pretty good. The boba was soft and chewy. The taro was not overpoweringly sweet.
I also ordered cream cheese roti bun. OH MY GOSH! the bread has almost the same texture as a croissant. It is light and fluffy on the inside. The best part of the bread was the crunchy stuff on top. If I could remember, it might’ve been chocolate or mocha on top. it was sooooo good! The cream cheese inside paired well with everything. The bun wasn’t very sweet at all, I think it was perfect!
I would come back again, and if this is your first time. I’d definitely give the taro milk tea and roti buns a try (:
