This place is great! The service was great and the Caesar salad was good. We got two pizzas and both were excellent. The décor was super cool and I highly recommend it if you’re in the area. We even got a free heirloom tomato appetizer.

This is my new favorite place to bring the family. The service was amazing by Julius today. He was attentive and accommodating. I love the gluten-free options, the affordable kids meals with a fresh-baked cookie and something for picky eaters. The flavors and presentation are amazing! Also… I love that you guys serve booze! This will definitely be somewhere where we take our whole family. It is rare that we have a restaurant that can serve everyone! Also, the side salad that came with the sandwich was absolutely amazing… That dressing and the beets! Thank you for being open on Sunday!

Quattro Formaggi had great flavor, but like in the picture it had way too much flour on the bottom. The flour was very distracting from the pizza. It felt like I had a bite of chalk with every bite of the pizza. Server should have been more knowledgable about the beers. Know what you’re serving!

The best dough. The best pizza. The best taste. My favorite pizza place in salt lake.

Flatbread Neapolitan Pizzeria is a perfectly adequate establishment. Built out of what appears to be a garage, its modern-rustic aesthetic is both confusing and tasteful. Their menu of flatbread pizzas is lacking in variety– especially for vegetarians — but they do well with the three quintessential ingredients a chef would need to fire up a pizza: fresh cheese, a salty-sweet tomato base, and dough. I have tried several veggie-friendly selections from their menu, but the best option by far is the Quattro Formaggi. The wait is long — longer if the green, inexperienced servers present you with someone else’s carcass-y flatbread by mistake — but I will admit the flavor is almost worth it. When the pizza is set before you, heart racing and mouth salivating in anticipation of some gooey, cheesy reward, it arrives sizzling. Steam rises from the perfectly sized plate as bubbles in the cheese swell and burst. You do not want to wait for this pizza to cool down lest all the ripe texture and flavor disappear as the toppings cool into a soggy, congealed mess. You take that first sloppy slice and stuff it into your face with no regrets. Yes, it will burn, but only in the best way. The sweetness of the San Marzano tomatoes, the savory creaminess of the four cheeses, and an aromatic sliver of basil, coupled with the soft tear of thin, blistered crust on your tongue, bursts with flavor that is made all the better by burning the everliving shit out of your taste buds. While I would not say that Flatbread Neapolitan Pizzeria has the best pizza in Salt Lake City, nor is their service anything of which to boast, the Quattro Formaggi pizza might warrant a visit for any pizza-loving vegetarian looking to devour some hot garlic and cheese. Just be sure to wash it down with a cocktail(or five) to derive any enjoyment from the experience. The alcohol will help you forget about the bad service and horrible ambience you can expect from any family-friendly restaurant in Salt Lake City.

Best pizza I’ve had while visiting SLC. On the east coast we have American Flatbread and this is very similar… wood fired, light, crisp crust with fresh ingredients and toppings. I ordered the Margherita and it was delish. I’ll definitely be back.

It’s a good place to gather for a group dinner but the food doesn’t blow me away. I think the vibe is cool so that bumped it up to 3 stars for me. Our waitress had a bad attitude and wasn’t attentive but we lived!

There is no doubt that this place has the best ambiance, the wall letters are bound to be sugarhouse icons! Also, the food is yummy! They know how to do pizza! I would suggest going for lunch! Their combos allow you to choose two of their yummy menu items for 10.5 I get the pizza and wedge salad combo. The wedge salad is probably the best one I’ve ever had! Also, you’ve got to try the ranch dressing!

Good value lunch for $ 10 with choice of two from pizetta, soup, sandwich or salad. The little pizzas have a decent crust and toppings if you are the type who likes what our household calls yuppie pizza… we do. Salads are trendy(kale check, wedge check) and pleasant. Server coped cheerfully with our largish group. Not too crowded at 1:00 on a weekday which made conversation possible. Would probably be noisy is full given usual trendy(concrete floor check) ambiance.

Flatbread has long been one of my go to restaurants in Sugarhouse, and it didn’t disappoint again. My favorites? The goat cheese appetizer, the kale salad, and the porchetta sandwich. The servers are always prompt and welcoming, and today was no exception. Elizabeth did a great job! The manager, Dylan, even stopped by my table to make sure everything was correct. It’s such a treat to go to a restaurant where a single diner isn’t treated like an oversight. I’ve been in with family and friends as well, and have always had a great experience. Thanks, Flatbread!

The best time to eat here is at lunch. They have a pick two special which is a great price and is just the right amount of food. I have gotten 2 pizzas on days I am hungry, otherwise pizza and a salad. I have eaten dinner there, but prefer lunch by far. Good tasting pizza.

Star #1 pretty good chocolate cake desert and pizza was good Star #2 The location They don’t validate parking. So add $ 10 to your bill! Honestly that’s a huge part of why I’m rating them so low. 4 shops down is mellow mushroom pizza and they do validate parking. Gee, might want to get that fixed, there are multiple pizzerias within walking distance to yours. The pizza was good, diavola is what I ordered. The customer service wasn’t very great, But I know that varies,(I was there on a Friday afternoon). First visit and last visit for me.

I really like this place! Just went there for lunch and enjoyed every bite, except the last one because i was full at that point. Lol So I had the lunch combo with ceasar salad, and quattro formaggi pizza. The ceasar dressing was the best I have had in a long time. The lettus was so fresh and crunchy I really enjoyed every bite, and I’m not usually a salad lover, it takes a lot for me to love a salad and this was great! The quattro formaggi pizza was a perfect size, and it had the perfect amount of cheese on it, not too much or too little. It really was enjoyable, and I’m hard to please with Pizza or food in general. Customer service was very friendly and on top of everything, just perfect. I’ll be going there very soon again.

So this place has potential but a way to go. The pizza isn’t all that terrific compared to places you can get better(and cheaper). The ambiance and location is what this place has going for it. The service was bad and the food was meh. If you must go, get a salad. But if you must go to Sugarhouse to eat, check out Wasatch Brewery two doors down(just skip Mellow Mushroom).

Best specialty pizza in the city. The chicken BBQ is amazing as well as the goat cheese flatbread. Sits in the heart of sugarhouse, lots of funk and character. Garage doors open up for patio dining, classy and fun!

The food is great but the bartender’s taste in wine needs some help. I ordered the tomato soup for an appetizer as recommended by another Unilocaler. It did not disappoint. I then had a flat bread with sasauge, arugula and balsamic vinegar. It was yummy, but it did bot pair well with the chardonnay recommend by the bartender. Unfortunately, the two did noy pair well. The combination of sweet balsamic vineger and acid in the wine did not work. Other than that, my meal was very good.
