We had been waiting for a while for our couch to be delivered and finally had it schedule for Friday between 2 – 6. I scheduled my day to be home during that time and go a call at 10:30 that they had forgotten to put our couch on the truck and could not deliver it that day. So I had to reschedule for a day when I will not be able to be home and will have to make someone else stay at my house from 2 – 6.

Their website stated ‘expected’ and ‘required’ delivery date and time as 12⁄7 by 15:30. I made arrangements to have someone available at my house to take delivery and sign in the morning, and then took off work early to be there in person in the afternoon. I got a call at roughly 15:35 stating that they could not deliver until tomorrow.
So LAME!!!
Their entire business is based on the premise of «On Time» delivery, yet not only are they unable to deliver on-​time, but they cant even make a phone call to let the customer know in advance.
