Sprint Store

So unimpressed. I set up an appointment on the Sprint app, which said I would get priority over other customers in the queue. When I showed up I was placed at the end of the queue even though I showed them my appointment confirmation on the app. Such slow service. Not impressed.

This place is a joke. I went in with my husband to upgrade our phones and I’ll admit it was a hassle that I hadn’t backed up my data since the beginning of the year. When I was with Verizon they usually transferred everything over then and there. The ONLY useful and nice employee there is Hayden. He told us how to transfer our data once we got to some wifi because their own store doesn’t have good wifi. When we got home I realized he didn’t backup my phone like I’m used to Verizon doing before they transfer the data to the new phone. It was past closing time so I called first thing in the morning because Hayden said he would put a note on our old phones, to not wipe off the data til the next day. I called so many times, no one answered. I desperately needed my old phone to backup that data before it was too late. An employee finally answers 45 mins later, I told him about my old phone and he has the audacity to say «if you’re going to need assistance you’re going to have to wait because one of our employees got in a car accident so we are short staffed» … I get there to find no customers in the store. Just me. I asked for my old phone back and tell them I need to backup my data. I try to do it there for 30 mins but it’s unsuccessful. They tell me to go find wifi and do it there so off I go to a library and café. No luck there. I go back 3 hours later. Hayden is there, and once I tell him what’s going on he says «well I can transfer all your data for you here, just takes 20 mins» I couldn’t believe those two other associates with nothing to do just turned me away to go backup and transfer data on my own. I wasted 3 hours when it only took them 20 mins. I asked Colton how they transfer the data and he says they have a «machine» go figure. Same thing Verizon has done for me in this past, except this store doesn’t care to help out their customers.
Also, that guy that said they were short staffed that day. Lies. 5 associates doing nothing. One girl was even sitting on the counter. The day before when we went in to upgrade, 2 employees and lines of customers. We each waited about half an hour.
Do NOT go here, if you do ask for Hayden.

Do you like sand in your eyes? Major medical injuries? Paying taxes? Any of these 3 are better than the customer service I received from this store. 1 star is too high of a rating.
After multiple visits and hours on the phone, my 2 hour trial of their service has finally been cancelled… but only after being sent collection notices and $ 400+ worth of bills.
Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

ANSWER YOUR PHONE!!! Don’t ever try to call. They won’t pick up. Just plan on driving all the way to the store for any simple questions or issues you may have. Then when you get to the store prepare to wait at least 30 minutes wether you have an appointment or not. And while you are there… prepare to listen to the phones ringing off the hook and absolutely no one ever answering them. Today, a Sunday, i refused to drive all the way to the store for a simple question. So to prove a point, and knowing that they were in the store, I made myself a sandwich and then I called over and over and over again for over an hour. I must have annoyed them enough because eventually someone answered the damn phone. This place is a joke.

Every single time I call this store they don’t answer the phones. We went in today to get help, and watched/​listened to each rep (all 3 of them) ignore the ringing phones.
The guy who helped us wasn’t super useful. There is absolutely no sense of urgency in this store. They take their time and ignore every customer that is waiting.
I would rather drive all the way to a different location to not have to deal with this one.

The employees here are great!!! But.
NO. ONE. ANSWERS. THE. PHONE!!!
I don’t want to have to drive there just to ask a 2 second question. The no answering of the phone is ridiculous.

We were interested in switching to Sprint and made an appointment the day before to speak with a sales rep at this store. We walked in and there were 3 customers and 3 sales reps. One customer left and the sales rep helping them went to the back never to reappear. We waited for 28 minutes (20 min past our appt time) and were never once even ACKNOWLEDGED by any of the workers! We happily left and will never give this store our business. Buyer beware!

the employees at the sprint store are amazing, I live in downtown and travel here anytime I have a phone problem and they are quick to fix
