This spot is great! Shout out to my last waitress, Halie, for being quite possibly the best server I’ve ever had. Busy night, but she was still pleasant and checked up on my table frequently enough to keep the beers coming and the waters filled. The food is exceptional, too. I can’t think of anything bad to say about my experience here, so how about five stars!

We were seated outside. Waited 15 minutes. No server, no water, no nothing. Got up and left. On the way out they said thanks for coming. Saved us thirty dollars in crappy wasatch ale products. Not the first sub par experience at this establishment. We generally walk to 21st and 11th to enjoy the experience. In fact our dentist is next door to the wasatch brewery. Last time we tried the establishment we bought upwards of a hundred dollars of their t shirts and were refused service. The manager told us we could get cited for driving under the influence even as pedestrians. We will tell all of our friends and neighbors to avoid this establishment. It is obviously ill managed and unfriendly to locals.

When everything else is closed they still provide great food, fantastic customer service, and beer that rivals Epic.

I came here with my roommate and friends. I got the classic burger with some sautéed mushrooms and they got the Wasatch burger. The burger was juicy and the mushrooms complemented it very well. I’m not sure how the burger was seasoned since the mushrooms were seasoned well and may over overpowered how the burger was seasoned. The burger also came with some tater tots which were crispy and not too greasy. They were perfect with fry sauce it came with. We also tried some of their Hefeweizen battered calamari, which I felt was a little bland but good with a squeeze of lemon and some cocktail sauce. We also got the jalapeño ale which was my favorite!

Have eaten here several times and always enjoyed it. Really like the tuna tartare and steak sandwich. $ 2 mimosas can’t be beat on the weekends. I did paint nite here as well. Fun place to eat and pretty good food.

Ultimately this review is incomplete because I haven’t tried the food yet. This is for the desserts, beer, and the service. One of my gal pals and I went to Wasatch after dinner to grab a beer and dessert. With no wait for a seat near the bar, we actually went over to the lounge-y area. Hunter did a great job explaining what we could order in sample form since those liquor laws limit what they can and cannot serve(still). Nevertheless, Hunter was cool for serving two crazy chicks that haven’t seen each other in years and need some booze to catch up! Shots! Brownies! Ice Cream! All jokes aside, we had a lovely experience at Wasatch Brew Pub. They did a nice job with the design and the vibe of it all. Great for a date or for rollin’ with the homies… This is a good start to end a great night in Sugar House!

Best Cuban Sandwich! I admit this was my first Cubano sandwich, and I am hooked! I enjoy Wasatch Brew Pub anyway; the atmosphere, their tasty brews and drinks, but now I have a reason to come back more often– for their Cubano. The tasty ham, pickles, and delicious pulled pork, oh my! and the bun was scrumptious. Love the fries too!

I can’t even count how many times I have been here. It is definitely my go to place every time I visit Park City. I will make the drive just to have the fish and chips. It is located at the top of Main Street with plenty of parking just next to it. Yes of course you have to pay to park but well worth it. The service is fast and friendly. We enjoy eating at the bar as well as the main area. Great beer brewed right here with some awesome seasonal brews too. Make sure you take some home or enjoy a t-shirt or home décor featuring their Wasatch logos.

An elevated pub food menu without the elevated taste. Tuna tartare didn’t feel light or fresh. Sticking to their many beers though won’t disappoint.

This place is simply mediocre at best. From the food to service… though the ambiance, I must say, is great. If you are going for a small bite and a beer, I would suggest Wasatch. If you are looking for a good lunch or dinner definitely skip for other restaurants in the area. Check the photos, there isn’t anything special about the food and as I mentioned the service is usually subpar. Last night I had a terrible cocktail, simply said I thought the club soda was flat and that a few of us tried the drink and it was bad. Her resolution was«everyone else who ordered the drink and said it was fine it just comes out of the soda gun so it should be fine». Experiences like this in addition to the mediocre food have sealed the deal for me. 5 – 10 meals at Wasatch and it’s consistently this way. Good beer though! Hope to see improvements in the years to come. Tips: dodo or anex are local food joints, like Wasatch, close by much better choices for food and a cocktail. Flatbread pizza is a chain but it’s great. Tips: go for the bar and beer. Not dinner. Tips: use the underground parking. It’s free.

We came in right at 5:30 on a Tuesday night and got seated right away. The place steadily filled up and by 7:30 it was packed as we were leaving. We had the nachos with pork and enjoyed that as out app. They were pretty large — just wish they’d get more cheese in the middle so it’s a better chip to cheese distribution. For dinner we got the burger with all the fixins — pretty good burger cooked perfectly. And the margarita pizza — not a fan favorite. Crust was not crispy, tomatoes were on the cold side, and the cheese coagulated very quickly so it fell off when you bit thru. Would skip and try the other pizzas which looked much better. Would def go back and chill out in the bar area on the couches. Service was awesome.

This place is so meh. The brews are on point, although from the few times I’ve been in they’re always out of something on the menu. I understand that there’s a rotating selection, but at least cross out the unavailable items so I don’t get all excited to try something just to find out it’s unavailable. The food is mehhhhhh. I tried the edamame which while salted also came with a totally unnecessary side of soy sauce. I also got one random insanely spicy bite, even though it’s not supposed to be a spicy dish which literally brought me to tears. The mac and cheese was tasty, but not the best I’ve ever had. The shepherds pie was about as bland as it gets. 0 flavor to the stew and mashed potatoes. Everything came in absolutely gigantic portions. I’d be much happier if they cut down on the portions and focused on the quality of the food instead.

Great brew pub. Looking for awesome brew — this is the spot. The Devastator is a delicious full flavored malty brew. Throw in the fact that you can buy some to take home, well that can’t be beat. As for the food. Fantastic. Its bar food. Good bar food. The tator tots have had some mixed reviews, today — we loved them. They were perfectly crisp on the outside and soft and fluffy on the inside. They were not greasy — and the jalapeño and bacon flavor really came through. All in all it is exactly what you want in a brewery — good food, excellent beer, friendly service all in a cool space. Free underground parking is a serious plus too!

It’s a bad start when you return home from dinner and your fiancé says your hair and clothes reek of onions. Luckily, he likes onions, but still, that’s just nasty. I love the location and atmosphere of this restaurant. It’s a great, central place to meet friends for a couple of drinks and/or dessert, but in my opinion, the food and service does not meet the expectations of the reputation Wasatch Brew Pub brings with it. On my most recent visit, it took nearly 45 minutes for my entrée, a steak salad, to come out. Even though it was the sole menu item that I ordered. I was with a group of friends. having dinner on a weeknight, and the entire table complained about the delay. Food was sub-par, but beers are always good. Door-to-door it took about 3 hours for our meal.

I had an awesome experience at Wasatch Brew Pub! A friend and I stopped by for lunch on a weekend. I had seen it packed many times and never came inside, but I’m glad we did! The atmosphere is great. I love the space they created — it’s very trendy but casual. It’s a fairly loud restaurant but nothing too bad. The menu has tons of awesome options — a huge delicious salad selection and lots of appealing sandwiches and entrees. It was hard to choose what to order, which is always a good sign. We got the Asiago Kale dip to begin with — it was DELICIOUS. The bread it came with was fantastic and we ordered chips for the gluten-free girl too. We scraped the bowl clean. I highly recommend it. For our main course, I ordered the loaded mac and my friend got the buffalo chili(it was a freezing cold day outside — as great as the salads sounded we needed hearty warm food). Both dishes were great! Large portions, great flavors — everything was good. I will definitely be back here. Great place for casual dates, friend meet-ups and a great non-national-chain restaurant I’ll bring my out-of-town friends to try some local drinks and food!

I have been only in on the weekends when they offer $ 4 bloody mary make your own bar or $ 2 pre made. Can I say they are delicious. A good reason just to bring you in. Another reason is the tater tots and that dipping sauce, WOW! I crave these things. Sandwiches are delicious. Ive had the chicken pizza and its spicy. The specials seem really good too. Service has always been good and I think the manager really appreciates every one’s business. Parking is tough tho but this place is definitely in my rotation now.

This is quickly becoming one of our favorite places to eat. Every time I’ve come in, it’s been a busy Saturday and we’ve been seated immediately. This is the 4th time I’ve been here and they are 4⁄4 for food, service and atmosphere! So far, I’ve had the special bratwurst sandwich, the classic burger, classic burger with bacon and blue cheese, and the steak sandwich. All four I would highly recommend and would definitely order again. I’m also a sucker for the tots with that incredibly yummy bacon/jalapeño dip! That and the burger are what my wife craves at least once a week! For me, it’s not enough for amazing food to get 5 stars. The place also has to have great atmosphere and service. Thankfully, they airways have a fun atmosphere with beautiful interior, and an equally amazing staff that has always been friendly and attentive to our needs. I would definitely recommend coming here if you are looking for a nice night out of leaving the kids at home and having an adult night on the town!

I’m not really sure why this place has so many bad reviews… I’ve been here on 4 different occasions in the last year and left happy and full each time! First, I love the location(within walking distance of home!) and décor of this place, the rustic industrial vibe is right up my alley. The interior looks awesome and upscale, but the prices are totally reasonable. The wait staff has always been friendly and quick to seat us, whether the group is as small as 4 people or as large as 14. Food-wise, I’ve ordered the Wasatch Burger, the Seared Ahi Salad, the Chilaquiles, and a turkey burger that no longer appears to be on the menu. Every meal I’ve had there has been well-prepared, delicious, and came out in a reasonable amount of time. If I had to complain about anything, it would be that they don’t always have the Jalapeño Cream Ale on tap and that really just hurts my soul.

Came here with my friends for dinner, and this place was surprising bigger than it seem outside. Another thing about this place is that it is in sugar house and parking there is horrible, but they do have their own private parking lot. They do give validation if you go there some other day that Sunday. They have such a wonderful environment that makes it really fun for you and your friends to just got here for a beer or two and relax. Their season beer changes, and when I went there they had raspberry beer, pumpkin beer and apricot beer. I got the apricot beer and it was very good. Totally recommend it, but if you want something less bitter and more fruity I would definitely recommend the raspberry one or the apple ale. The food they serve is a typical bar kind of food. They have burgers, tacos, pizza, etc. I ordered their tacos of the day, and today was cod fish in fried with batter beer tacos. The food was really good and the portion was super huge. I was really full after eating my plate of food. The reason why I took away 2 stars was because of the service. Our waitress was super friendly, but trying to find her would be the hardest thing. The restaurant wasn’t even full or anything but we have no idea where our waitress disappears to. Another thing that was annoying is that where I was seating there was cold freezing water dripping on me. All in all, I would come back here to have a good time, but if I do have another choice I might consider going there instead.
