I love Chrissy and how easy she is with my hair! Finding a good stylist is critical and looks like I struck gold! She lets her customers talk and makes sure she’s on the same page before she gets started! Very engaging and great at what she does!
The last time I was here with my son & hubby… Chrissy was away and we were planning to come back when Nancy offered to give it a go and she was equally mind blowing! So I have a house full of Salon074 fans! One stop for the entire family!

I’m surprised about some of the negative reviews as well. I’ve been seeing Stephanie for years. I met her the first time when this salon was salon Rebecca. She’s a very talented stylist and always up to date with what’s current. She’s a very skilled artist and I have always gotten the best razor cuts from her. If you want an amazing cut and color you should definitely go see Stephanie.

Saw Alyssa to get my hair back to blonde and love how it turned out! Looks exactly like the pinterest photos I showed her and she was friendly, efficient and reasonably priced. Will definitely be back!

I have followed a stylist here, Stephanie, since I started getting ‘big girl’ haircuts. She is now at Salon 074 and does an absolutely incredible job. Stephanie takes the time to understand the idiocyncracies of your hair, how much time/​effort you put into styling it everyday, and creates a cut for you that is manageable and flattering for your hair style and face. She can execute the exact hair style you request, or if you prefer her input she will give honest feedback on a style that will look the most flattering on you. Stephanie is one of the most talented stylists in region in my opinion and a southern charm to top it all!

Do not use this Salon!
I came in with red hair and left with a very dark brown with horrible blond streaks the stylist said would fix her mistake but made my hair look worse! Then, adding insult to injury Nancy the owner charged me 150.00 knowing how unhappy I was even in tears. I was promised a call back to discuss a refund by the owner and she failed to do this. I came in the next morning during the time I was promised for discussion to show her the crooked bangs, and color disaster and she still refused a refund and said she needed to talk with her stylist.
When I discovered my hair was not red anymore like promised prior to application… the stylist assured me she could fix the horrific results with blond foiling I was delayed another hour, only to be further embarrassed by the results of now uneven blond streaks added to my hair and in tears. The stylist then insulted me further trying to convince me of why she did what she did after assuring me from the start my hair would still be red after she colored it before even applying. Sorry Jessica, dark brown, black with blond ugly foils (which I told her from the start I do not like) not red!
Very disastisfied, very bad customer service, Sammamish and others should absolutely not trust this business and the poor communication and lack of customer satisfaction. Maybe only good for kids cuts and men.
I have been satisfied for years from other stylists who have cared for my hair perfectly with no issues and only wish Denise my stylist would have been available. This mistake in addition to the 150.00 to mess up will now cost me several hundred dollars, many hours, damage to hair and much frustration and embarrasent to fix Salon 074 epic unaccountable mistake.

Always happy with my hair after coming here. Staff is very friendly. Chrissy is great with color. Would travel a «short» long distance to continue coming here for my hair needs.

I have been going to Salon 074 for years. I have seen many different stylists and I’ve gotten many different kinds of hair related services. I have never, not once, had a bad experience. I am always able to get an appointment right away, and at a time that’s convenient for me. The staff are always friendly and helpful on the phone and in person. The cuts, perms, colors, and styling I’ve had done here have always been top notch. I have so much faith in the stylists here that I feel 100% confident coming in and simply letting them work their magic. I have never been disappointed in any service I’ve received at this salon.

I recently got my hair done at Salon 074 with Chrissy. I went for the Ombré look and I cant express how happy I am with my end result. I have had so many compliments on my hair, and have given out countless numbers of her cards. She was truly amazing and has made me feel more beautiful than I have in a long time. I will absolutely go see her again, she will be the only one to do my hair here on out. The Salon is adorable, and they sell the best hair products! Chrissy referred a heat protector and tamer, and i have never had my hair look so shiny and amazing. All in all a fantastic experience and I highly recommend to anyone looking for a new and fantastic look!

I used a Living Social coupon for a blowout and was thrilled with the results. Customer Service was amazing when I called and fit me in with my schedule. My stylist was Chrissy (Christine) and I couldn’t have been happier. Her personality was a breath of fresh air in our busy days. I enjoyed every minute of my pampering appointment! I immediately booked my next appointment for a cut and blowout~
I am thrilled to find a stylist that I appreciated so much, she was amazing!

Ever since I went to salon 074 I keep coming back to their salon. My stylist there is heather i always request for her. I had a usual salon «Robert Lenored» but one of my girlfriends said that heather did a fantastic job on color correcting her hair. My friend tried to color her hair before her wedding and messed her hair up unfortunately it turned out orange. She went to heather and it was like one of those before and after pictures. She looked so beautiful at her wedding.

I’ve gone to Heather now a total of 3 times for my color and each time I am more and more impressed. The first time we went brown and it looked so rich and healthy (I’ve put my hair through a lot). The next time we did ombré going dark to light from top to bottom using 2 reds and bleaching my ends. It looked freaking awesome! And this last time she did a retouch on me and it blended perfectly! For being a young gal (which I appreciate because she can keep me hip and up to date) Heather is so professional, understanding, and little miss thing knows what she is doing. She is very talented and I’m amazed I can even get in because her books fill up so quick. Ladies if you want a superb color at an affordable price go see Heather at Salon 074, you wouldn’t be disappointed!

I recently moved to the area and have been to Salon 074 several times, both for myself and for my two young daughters. My experiences have been great. After Nancy styled my hair in its longer, grown out cut, I finally was ready for a shorter «do» and was thrilled with the new style. Nancy really seems to know the latest trends, what’s best for each person’s hair and they generally fit me in in fairly short notice at a convenient time. Other stylists have worked with my daughters and they look forward to going in each time, even though there are no «lollipops» like our old place.

I am suprised by the reviews that are negative. Here is my experience:
I bought a living social for a Brazilian Blowout. Okay when I got there it said express which someone mentioned seems unfair but I don’t really notice a difference but maybe thats because I have never had a keratin before.
1. Customer Service. I called to make an appointment and they couldnt get me in when I wanted but offered other times. I have a crazy schedule so I said I’d call back and they were able to fit me in. I got there early and was offered tea my stylist took me back tea was brought (lots of options) and later I was offered coffee. Sure there is gossiping going on but maybe my black southern background is showing here but I expect gossip at a hair salon from stylists and customers. Nothing was over the top or unprofessional just general banter.
2. Stylist. I saw Christine. She was amazing and I am hard to please. She explained the process in depth, what my upkeep would be and when I needed to come in next. She also was friendly regarding future visits as I sometimes cannot get into my regular stylist for hair and makeup. My hair looks great still and it’s days later. I am hooked on the blowout.
3. Overal. I would give it 5 stars but I have only been once so will update after a future visit. Seriously I am not sure what all the bad reviews are about. This was a great cute salon with friendly staff and a wonderful stylist. Had my stylist not been so good I would rate it down a star but even then I could not see giving this place a bad review.

Quality vs. Quanity is where this salon lacks. Customer service was virtually nonexistent once you were checked in. The price vs products, and skills were sadly not only a world apart, but feels like your at supercuts, it has great potential as a neighborhood drop by in-​a-​fix-​kind-​of –way, when a coupon is offered but for a salon, it falls short, not only in quality as well as atomphere, but most importantly with the skill set to demand salon prices. Your better off going else where for anything besides the basics.

So, I went back to get my hair re-​done from my previous experience, because Nancy, the owner, invited me back. I wasn’t very impressed, though she did do her best to make me feel comfortable. The weird part was, she had the stylist who did my hair before stand there and watch. It was very, very awkward for me, because I knew then that Nancy had talked to said stylist and was trying to use it as a learning opportunity. I can appreciate that, but not at the expense of my comfort during my appointment. I don’t know, I just think I’m done with this salon. And the cut I got was just okay, not anything special.
I think next time I’m going somewhere else.

I have gone to 074 since it opened and I love it! I love Nancy, love the convenience and have always been pleased with the way my hair looks! I get highlights and a cut. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

I’m a little bit surprised by the negative reviews. I live nearby so I’m a frequent customer. I’d gotten my eyebrows done with Yolanda, the one before her (don’t remember her name) and hopefully with whoever gets hired in the future. I’ve been happy with the skill of all of the estheticians so for, although Yolanda was my favorite because she was fun to be around for those 10 minutes my wax required.
Nancy has been doing my hair for awhile now and she’s really good. She’s confident and experienced, so I feel like I’m in good hands with her. I had a really bad experience with another salon and Nancy graciously took me on with all of my concerns and worries. I think she’s superb at what she does.
I honestly havent’ had any bad experiences here. sometimes average, but never bad. I get this with any place I frequent often for my brows though.
The prices are a little high, but they’re not ridiculous. I’d say give this place a try, especially if you’re on the Plateau.

Changes and not for the better, Yolanda the great esthetician I’d seen before is no longer there and my favorite hairdresser Christina isn’t there either :(The atmosphere here has changed to being tense and unprofessional with trash talk going like crazy. I’ll have to see if I can track Yolanda down to her new location as I wouldn’t trust anyone here to touch me after my last experience.
