I wish i could give it 0 stars. One of the worst subway’s I have ever been to. Both me and my wife got food poisoning after having a sandwich from this place on two different occasions. She ordered a veggie sandwich and the patty was bad. It was only after a few bites that she realized it and then threw the remaining sandwich away but it was too late by then. I had a similar experience today with a pepperoni on a Italian herbs and cheese bread. After a few bites, i could sense that the bread was old and stinky. Ended up with a bad stomach and i am still suffering. Never going back here again. Going forward, I would take the extra drive to go to the Subway next to QFC up the hill rather than fall sick again !

Had a horrible experience Saturday night while in the process of order a sandwich @ this Subway. I walked in to place an order for sub, told the order taker what I wanted, right off the bat the guy became somewhat descending in preparing the order, noticed in wasn’t preparing the order as stated and he became really unhelpful and passive aggressive. I’ve order the same sub at several other Subway shops and was really looking forward to having this for dinner. I’ve lived around the corner from this Subway for years and is self employed in sales in the Sammamish plateau but I’ll never walk into this restaurant again, never been treated so rudely before, this place is a no go !

My boyfriend and I both got food poisoning from this place. The funny thing is we both ordered from here a day apart and both of us got sick. Veggies look so old and it doesn’t taste fresh. I also noticed that the person who works here forgot to take gloves off after touching money and helped the customer behind me and touched his bread!!! Yuck!

When I’m feeling in the mood to be healthy and don’t have time to cook I head to Subway. Always load up on the Veggies. Sandwich made your way.

I always feel like I’m paying too much every time I get a sandwich here. A footlong roast beef without any cheese costs $ 8 with tax; so much for the ballyhooed $ 5 footlong. We went here a few weeks ago and they charged us separately for, as the old guy that’s always here always calls it, ‘chips and drrrrrink’, instead of charging the meal deal price. Of course, you never quite know what he’s going to charge because the computer terminal never displays the price and the guy is so rude that you’re discouraged from asking him. Subway’s meat is thin to begin with but I feel like this location is even stingier than most others. The sandwiches are close to 90% bread and lettuce, with maybe 5% of it being actual meat and the other 5% being veggies other than the lettuce… good luck getting a nice serving of onions, green peppers, pickles, etc. That last visit cost us $ 17.62 for two 6-inch subs, 2 small bags of chips, and 2 drinks. A complete ripoff and as a result I don’t plan on returning. The only thing saving this place from a 1-star rating is that the food is edible.

This is the best Subway I’ve dealt with. I needed a three-foot long sandwich for an event and ordered it on a Saturday night for a Sunday pick-up. They were a pleasure to deal with and even called to confirm the following morning. The bread was incredibly fresh(that always makes a good sandwich) and the sandwich was well made and yummy. They even brought the sandwich out to my car without me asking for help. I will return.
