Don’t get me wrong, the subs are quite tasty and the restaurant itself was fairly clean. But it’s the employees and the customer service (or lack thereof) that can make or break a business. And for me this business is broken.
I came in with a couple of coupons to grab a couple of sandwhiches for lunch. I ordered the first sandwhich (for my boyfriend) and was pondering what I wanted. I chose to order a sammy which happened to be ineligible for the coupon I planned to use.
So, I asked to switch my sammy to a sub and they said, «No we can’t do that, we already made the sammy». At this point I should have said that I didn’t want the order altogether and walked out, but I didn’t.
I was able to use a different coupon to get the whole meal with the first sandwhich (a sub) for about $ 5 and then paid full price for my sammy which they wouldn’t change. Mind you, I didn’t want the whole meal with the first sandwhich because we had chips and drinks at home that we planned to eat with our meal. But I figured I would get something with the coupons.
I don’t plan to return and maybe Subway across the street will be a little more accomodating.

Excellent subs at a reasonable price.

Food was great though ;-)
