Normally I wouldn’t review a fast food place but this place deserves one. Ran down to this particular store on my lunch break. Ordered a small meal at about 12:05 and got it around 12:35. This meal takes less than 5 minutes at any other location with the same amount of customers inside. The girl running the cash register was the only person moving at an acceptable speed. The food was as good as you can expect from a Taco Bell which would be acceptable for a 5 minute wait, not 30. To make up for the insane wait they threw in a couple of gross cold cookies.

I go here about once in a while. I don’t mind Taco Bell when I want cheap, fast food. However, these jokers on The Plateau can’t seem to get my orders right even if their lives depend on it. When I went, I ordered thirteen TB /KFC items and they get a couple of them wrong. I point them out and ask I get is a shrug. No apologies or attempt to fix mistakes. Next time, hellooo Taco Time, at shopping plaza next door! I usually go to the TB at Gilman Blvd but this place managed to score below my already low expectations. The staff here just didn’t give a hoot!

The dine in customer suffers in order to keep the drive through moving. Tables are dirty, restaurant is cold and the time from order to the food being ready was 20 minutes.

This Sammamish Taco Bell is great if you like Taco Bell in general — because eating here is like playing food roulette. You’re not going to get all the food you ordered, but you might get something else good. I’d like this to be a prank review, but this literally happens more than 50% of the time I visit this Taco Bell.

If you have not had the dorito taco, you need to try it. I don’t normally do fast food, but I made an exception last week, and it turned out to be worth it! NOTOMATO just like I asked, finally a fast food place that listens!

The xxl burrito overcooked and full of square chicken like chunks. Then I ordered the guacamole and chips and asked for a drink to go with it. They charged for a medium drink separately from the chips. When I went back to get it refunded the Manager Kim, told me that that is only for the Cantina bowl. I showed her a picture from their own drive-through sign which read«make it a meal $ 2.00». Kim tells me to leave and call corporate if I want. Nice customer service.

Gee whiz. Ok, I normally don’t do fast food reviews because in theory any given chain should produce precisely the same product at all locations. So you don’t need Unilocal for that. Well, another theory down the drain. How can you mess up a simple bean burrito? It’s almost like they are doing it on purpose. Maybe they are. There is something very strange going on there, at least on the later shifts. I have been there about 4 – 5 times in the last couple of months, and they never got the order right, either forgetting something or not following simple instructions like«no onions». They never made a mistake in *my* favor. Even when it contained the right ingredients, the burritos were not folded properly, or all the sour cream or rice was all at one end, the beans at the other. I ordered a taco with extra cheese(for somebody else) and one with the normal amount. Indistinguishable. I asked for guacamole with the taquitos. On the way home I discover it is not in the sack. But this last time was the last and I am not going back. Ever. It should be simple to order a plain bean burrito with extra red sauce and a burrito supreme [with no special instructions on that one]. Instead, I get a bean burrito with ZERO red sauce, and a burrito supreme with a teaspoon of beans and a half a cup of sour cream, a single strand of lettuce(I hope it was lettuce) no red sauce, nor anything else burrito-like. Cheese and tomatoes seemed to be missing. I could find no evidence of those. I think whoever made it was interrupted partway through and then forgot to continue with the rest of the ingredients or that they just ran out and decided to call it quits. It appears that nobody is really managing the place and it is slowly imploding. Anyway, I have alerted the main office. Not that it will do any good. They need to fire everybody here and start over.

Worse taco bell ever. My tacos were like a big pile of mush. Do not go here.

Went there and they didn’t offer me the sauces also there were no fork or napkins. They gave it to me in a KFC bag. I could not understand the guy when he was talking to me. I have experienced better service in a Taco Bell. They just don’t care I guess. The tostada didn’t taste fresh as other Taco Bells.

Ok, let me go on record to admit I am a closet Taco Bell fiend. Now I realize this is not«Mexican» food, but come on! Some days nothing will do but a crunchy taco, or maybe a nachos bellgrande. Yum. In all my visits over the years, I had yet to run into a Taco Bell that I didn’t love. That is until I went to the TB in Sammamish. Uuggh… Food was bad(cold meat, stale tortilla, etc). Service was super slow(not like there is an endless menu where the cook has to whip up a special dish). Just think of a way for a fast food place to mess up and they hit it. I really thought it was a bad dream so I went back again. I wish I had been dreaming, but not so. If you have a craving for a run for the border, run right by this store and head to Bellevue or Kirkland. Both have done the job much better and the food comes out as expected.
