This is THEWORST Bill Miller’s in San Antonio. They always forget items… tonight it was 2 sides. When we called to complain the manager said he’d replace the sides with a tea and dessert, basically forcing us to have to purchase the main entrees again. Also, the meat was very cold and rubbery like it had been warmed over too many times. Bill Miller’s is usually our«go-to» when we can’t decide on something… but from now on, I will skip this location all-together and drive further to get my order hot and correct!

I have eaten at this Bill Miller’s a dozen times and always enjoyed the food and service but on the 26th of December about 2:30PM I was really disappointed by the service and the food. The young lady behind the food counter was less than efficient and my food was not up to standard. The ribs were cold and tough, the hash browns were cold and the pinto beans cold and dry. I normally don’t complain but this time was an exception. I writing this off as an off day and WILL go back one more time.

The absolute worst bill millers in San Antonio. We were excited they finally made one in our are of town until we started going there. Unless we dine in, our orders are consistently wrong. Recently we had to go back 3 times just to get our order straight. They do not understand the concept of lean brisket nor do they care about the quality of service. There is a complete lack of urgency at the drive thru and a line of 3 cars can easily surpass a 20 minute wait.

We just had a whole meal catered from here. The food was great and we are rather picky with our dressing and surprisingly I was a little impressed. Over all you can’t beat the price for quality, and nobody had to cook! Really nice since we have more than one thanksgiving to attend every year. Thanks for making it easy!

Gone to eat here twice. One eat in and one carry out. Both times very enjoyable. The food is not over the top but, pretty good BBQ. Definitely recommend it. Near my home so its convenient.

Food is very good had the beef po boy. Husband had chopped beef. Fries are yummy. Combo meal prices are under $ 10 and has plenty. Service quick and the kids are nice. Please get rid of the flies and the tables that wobble so much they are about to fall apart.

Great food, great service! We love eating here. The pancakes are huge, the bean and cheese is stuffed, the chicken burgers are juicy. Everything is yummy :)

I have eaten at bill’s my entire life. Nothing outstanding but will do for a quick lunch. however, the last three visits here have not gone well at all. apparently they have started cutting the meat for their sandwich much thicker than previously. you would think this is a good thing, not so much when the meat is all fat and gristle. the fries have been hot but very grainy inside. the bbq chicken and the beef have become pretty much tasteless. maybe it’s just me, the wife doesn’t notice much difference from the hundreds of other visits.

Just went through the drive through and bought 2 Bb-Q sandwiches. I went to put hot sauce on the sandwiches. Both had about 1 Tablespoon of meat. What I got was 4 pieces of bread with BB-Q sauce. I threw them out and won’t go back

Just stopping though on our way out of town. The restaurant is clean and large enough to accommodate big groups. We ordered breakfast. It was Quick and delicious. First time ordering breakfast at a Bill Millers. We were very impressed. Staff was very friendly and were always making sure we had everything we needed.

People from San Antonio will not know what they have in bill millers until they move away. Elsewhere, there will be BBQ restaurants that pale in comparison. Ask bill millers if they make their own sausage? Yes. Brisket? Yes, everything? Yes. Other restaurants outside the state will get plastic hill shire farms sausage and«smoke» it. If I wanted walmart sausage, I would go to walmart. The tea is world famous, they give you French or rye bread with your order, plates and flatware for a large party? Yes. The only thing preventing a 5 star rating is the price. Most plates are around $ 8, I know meat prices are high, but where is the $ 5 lunch plate? Anyway, the BBQ sauce is revolting, I tell them to keep it off the plate, if you need BBQ sauce at a restaurant, then the food must be bad, bill millers can hold their own without sauce. Friendly service, happy customers. One of the best BBQ restaurants in Texas.

Nice folks work here. I like their breakfast and the service is always great! Brought home bbq for dinner this evening and while good it could be so much better. Perhaps I’ve been spoiled by my son in law who is on an award winning bbq competition team. Seems like Bill Miller, for all the bbq they prepare, could get a little consulting or something
