The sales lady approached me after i had time to look at products on my own. She was friendly, informative, somewhat comical and knowledgeable of the products. She did not try to up sale me a more expensive product and actually recommended a less expensive model.
I Went in there to look at weed eaters after one from big box home improvement store died. Prices are comparable and quality of the stihl trimmers are superb.
