I don’t normally write reviews but I had to take the time to write this one. I am extremely happy with my new closet system. Jack really listened to my needs and designed my closet to give me exactly what I wanted and more! Everything is in it’s place and my closet is beautiful! I never knew that I could love a closet! His staff were meticulous and professional. I would definitely recommend Closet Connection to my friends and would use them again.

We did two installs with Closet Connection — spent well over $ 5000. The problem occurred with the second install. There was a miscommunication with regard to the design. When we reminded the business owner with evidence from historical emails showing our clearly stated requirements he did not apologize or attempt to make it right. Not a good business practice and for this kind of money I expect better service. WARNING: If you use this business be sure to double check the measurements and make sure they are included in the graphic design he sends you.
