Located at the Hyatt Recency Resort and the 19th hole for the Hill Country Golf Resort. This restaurant opens from 7:00 am to 5:00pm but I’m sure they cater to special events and weddings in some of their other formal dining rooms.
As I made the turn after 9 holes we stopped in for lunch in the dining & bar room which also houses pool tables and arcade games along with flat screens like a sports bar. The food here was solid — ordered a prime rib wrap combo and jumbo hot dog combo. The entrees came with homemade chips & dip and pickles. The chips were bomb! My waitress was friendly and she even made me a sweet tea for the back 9 and a container of extra chips! Heart that Texas hospitality!
